Selro Multi-Channel Inventory and Order Management

Using selro for ebay and woocommerce...variable products do not list on woocommerce, notified selro end of March of this issue, emailed support multiple times since, they start discussing the problem then ignore emails. Issue still not fixed middle June. Now the system is changing quantities of products making us over sell items, which means as we have to cancel the orders, we are out of pocket as we still have to pay Paypal fees.

Used Selro for a few years now and very happy with the service. Occasional issues are resolved efficiently and account managers always on hand to help

I have been using Selro for some years now with great benefit. We had problems occasionally which were soon fixed but overall it provides a single source for all our orders over multiple channels which makes accounting much simpler.

Good Platform as long as nothing goes wrong. Support is terrible.I've been using Selro for around 6 months with mixed success. It can do what I need and yes its cheaper than some alternatives, however the support when there is a problem is nothing short of infuriating.I currently have 3 separate problems with the system that are supposably being looked into by support. All they keep saying is that they've passed the query on to the technical team but then never feed back to me. When I query why the issue is still there I get the same 'its been passed to technical' reply.This has been going on for weeks without the issues being resolved and its starting to put me off the platform. We have enough challenges going on right now and I need a platform I can reply on.

The service provided by Selro is excellent. They respond very quickly and professionally. They have excellent technical knowledge about their system which is a great help and very reassuring. I am very pleased with the service and support I have received from them which has helped me on a number of occasions to manage our business successfully.

I have been using selro for about 2 years now. Selro Multi-Channel Inventory and Order Management is a very good and fantastic software for ecommerce and online business. The team at selro are very helpful at all time. They are always very quick to respond to any issue raised by us. I can honestly and confidently reccomend selro. Truly awful. Worked on a couple of channels for me for which I paid dearly. The channels (Rakuten and ebay) never worked properly. In the case of Rakuten, Selro software set my prices to approx £2.00 for many items when the actual cost was over £20. I had to cancel many orders which ruined my reputation as a online trader on Rakuten. I did not even get an apology from this company.Selro is cheap but they do not know what they are doing, the service is exceptionally poor and they do not have the competence to solve any issues.STAY AWAY.

Good for inventory management. Responsive customer support.I wouldn't advise Selro to post new listings as the interface is quite poor for this use. Post new listings on your market and manage on Selro. Good money for your buck all things considered but don't expect it to do what more pricey solutions will.

I only used this system for inventory purposes and based on my experience i would advise not to use this system. because they said it will auto sync within in 15 min but i waited for 1 hour. But it is not working.

So far we very happy with Selro and it has all the features we need to run our business. Order management works perfectly and support all our carriers. The listing tool could have been improved to minimise the number of steps. Other than that, for the price and features it is right one for us. very happy customers
