Fabulous service as always, what a great team. They know what they are doing, these people are experts in their field and it’s a great pleasure to use their services.I Put a Tiffany bracelet in to the store to have links added to it. They added the correct size links and quantity. I Was told it would take a week, it was done on time and I was able to collect it at a fair price. Most importantly it fits perfectly and I can’t tell where or what links were added. Brilliant Job, well done to whoever carried out the task thank you for your excellent work.It’s really great to see shops like this still in business, a specialist in this trade, I hope it continues; for I will always be supporting.Merry Christmas and all the best for the new year! I have had the lovely pleasure of dealing with Soto, Barno, and Hiren. I have had batteries changed on three watches through them. They were honest, friendly, and scrupulous. They took all measures to ensure that my watches were handled with the utmost prudence. I can not recommend them enough. They are extremely skilled horologists.Thank you so much. Exact same thing repeated with me..“I wouldn’t give a star if there is a zero star. Just because my watch is ordinary, he wouldn’t care whatever happens to it. I made a complaint why there is a lot of scratch on the glass. And he told me there is no scratch and am making things up and I’m lying that am terrible. Around the edges was rough and the glass was a lot of scratches. If only I knew that would happened I wouldn’t go there anymore. I wouldn’t made a complain if it wasn’t true. Obviously he doesn’t want to admit what he did.”

It pains me to write this review as sharing experiences of this true gem of a local business means I can't keep this place a closely guarded secret for myself!I'm now a regular there, have had our family watches repaired and buffed and modded' and re- batteried and so on.They have done stuff other places wouldn't and often with a smile and a can-do attitudeI found the service is candid

Great service, really friendly and reassuring. I wanted a specific jump ring on a pendant and they listened to my concerns and did exactly what I wanted - couldn't be happier! Oh and a great price and ready by the next day - will definitely recommend and use again.

Absolutely awful I gave them a gold bracelet passed down through generations in my family due to some of the links were broken and I needed them remade and fixed. I gave the jeweller 2 additional links that I had kept. He stated the bracelet had to be sent off on a Thursday so I waited 9 days I then had to call to check the progress and he needed reminding, then he told me the price and it was absolutely absurd £600 after he told me two links were worth £10 I declined the fixture and found elsewhere and asked to collect my jewellery. I then went in the following week and he first accused me of not giving him additional links. Then stated the links are worth far more than £10 due to the heaviness then when he realised he had to tell the truth he said he had scrapped the spare links clearly for his own benefit and handed me back just my bracelet. Baring in mind he had no authorisation to scrap part of the bracelet as he stated he would give me a call to confirm if I wanted to go through with the repair. Absolutely awful arguing with me in the middle of harrow while his older colleague was laughing. Never would I recommend this place as they don’t treat things with real value correctly and will try to con you .

Great guys. Very helpful and friendly. They fixed my watch and had it all ready for me the next day as good as new for a good price. I would highly recommended them to anyone. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
