Shocking rude staff only 2 staff members on but both extremely rude to customers. No cookies or crisps out. Upstairs filthy floor not been mopped for ages. To pay that much for a snack in feral conditions served by people who clearly don’t want to be there is not a good look.

Ordered a chicken wrapp to be fair wat a had was tasty but was nothing on it .asked if I would like a meal a said yes plz can I have a latte. And was told there was no hot drinks .won't be back

Great service and friendly chat from the Subway guy behind the counter … nothing was too much trouble. Place was clean and the food was good, getting us ready to head to the theatre. A few Subways in the area but this is the BEST ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars

Called in to grab a free coffee using my app and machine out of order! Member of staff told me it had not been working for days and still not sorted. Come on sort it out!

Called in on 7/8/23.Walked up to the counter and was ignored by the two young guys working while they finished their conversation and cleaning the surfaces down. Took a good 3 or 4 mins to even be acknowledged and told he wouldn't be long before I could order. Then when I was ordering their conversation continued between each other finally when getting my change it was handed to me In 10 and 20ps because they had no pound coins or 50ps. Food was great but there are other food places close by with better customer service

Very rude staff! Queued for 10min while 1 guy struggled on his own to make 1/2 dozen sandwiches, despite asking for help. I finally got served, and ordered a set salad, but when I sat down, chicken and cheese were missing. Nearly £5 for cucumber and lettuce.I went back to the till, and got ignored for another 5 minutes until I basically had to push in. I explained the problem, and then basically got attitude from 2 members of staff out the back, who were apparently far too busy to help out before! Turns out the guy on the till on his own was a trainee, been dumped out of his depth! No apology, just very poor service!

I regularly visit Subway and really like them…. but….. Market Street Blackpool has to be the worst eating establishment I’ve ever been in, a disgrace!!!! The staff member was very rude with a bad attitude. Upstairs was dirty with bits of food and rubbish littering the floor and tables. Awful experience, I didn’t even finish my food, binned it and walked straight out after a few minutes….

One person serving and he got totally overwhelmed when three families came in, as he also had a delivery order to make. He was sighing, tutting, and was just totally rude. When I was waiting at the till for my kids' subs to be made, he told me to go and sit down and eat as it would get cold (an order more than a suggestion) - yet he hadn't even toasted it so it was freezing anyway (he didn't offer to toast it). He was then rude to my son who didn't get what he was asking. Once he started making the delivery order, he shouted at everyone who came through the door that he's not serving anyone else as he has 'other things to do'. He refused to serve anyone who came in after that, and when one poor man came in asking (nicely) if he could use the toilet, he was told 'NO!'. The worker did not want to be there, and to be honest, I think me and the other two families just hung about to eat in there as he was making so much of a show! I did feel sorry for him, but he needs someone else there with him on a Saturday evening as he clearly can't cope on his own.

We usually love a subway but our experience with this particular branch was awful. The member of staff who served us (eventually) after leaving us stood there (they're was no-one else there) was rude and very uninterested in what I was asking for, my child's 6 sub was not cut with a knife just ripped open then it all fell to bits
