My family and me were very well supported during such a difficult time, arranging the funeral of my husband. We were treated with care and respect at all tines, and received face to face appointments with Hazel, deciding which coffin, order of service brochure, we had a photo when doing the reflection, it was all done very professionally with care and support. They also did the same for my mum and dad who passed away within 5 months of each other 4 years ago.
