My tenant reported a water leakage from the kitchen ceiling, with water dripping onto the light bulb endangering the electrical system.I googled emergency plumbing services in Blackpool and found the phone number of W.Jolly on google map. He agreed to come to have a look the next day morning.After his inspection next morning, he called me reporting that he didn’t think that was a leak, but rather water sipping through the grout in the wet room on the first floor, and he proposed to re-grout the wet room floor. I naively trusted that he had done his investigation to nail down to such conclusion and thus I agreed to proceed with re-grouting.After completing the work, he called and requested for payment. After confirming with the tenant that there was no leak anymore (likely he had sealed the leaking hole with silicone as temporary fix), I settled the payment.After several hours, the leak came again. I tried to contact him and guess what? He didn’t pick up the phone nor reply any of my messages. Eventually the next day morning he picked up the phone and told that he would not be in Blackpool for several days and as such he could not come to have a look again until several days later.As this was an emergency, I had no choice but to find another plumber to tackle the situation. By cutting open the ceiling, the second plumber found a leaking pipe and the problem was solved.You really want your money well spent on solving the problem. I would not recommend this plumber as he did not identify correctly the root cause of the leak, did something totally irrelevant and charged me for that. He probably knew it as well so that’s why he didn’t want to pick up my call or reply my messages. AVOID!

I had Will Jolly fit a new boiler for me last winter, installed in good time and very tidy. I’ve had him back to to do the service aswell. Would definitely recommend

Billy did the first and second fix plumbing work on my family home bathroom, installed a downstairs WC as well as a full boiler replacement. Extremely reasonable with pricing. 2 months after the bathroom install one of the old pipes that ran up to the bathroom leaked, Billy came through and replaced it free of charge (even though it wasn’t his work that leaked). I’ve used Billy on a couple of other jobs for a rental property - gas boiler and an heating system service as well as replacement of a macerator unit for an en-suite bathroom. Can’t fault Billy at all, great guy and glad I came across a reliable, efficient and reasonably priced tradesman.

William came and fitted a new boiler for me, couldn't have been anymore professional. Great quality service with a friendly face and great prices! Would definitely use again

Highly recommended. I attempted my own plumbing repair after I drilled in to a water pipe and failed miserably. W Jolly came out within a couple of hours and repaired the pipe. Absolute lifesaver. Very professional, tidy and very reasonably priced. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Avoid!! Not at all punctual and quality of workmanship is poor.

Came out promptly on a late night call out. Promised he would return to completely fix the offending pipe, but didn’t. Ignored all texts calls and attempts to make contact. Needs a lesson in customer service.
