Having unfortunately been resigned to benefits due to my past (WHICH I HAVE TO PAINFULLY REPEAT EXCESSIVELY), experiences with these inept, unhelpful, ignorant, rude and immoral work ethics jobcentre staff is a REGULAR occurrence. They do NOT reply to any requests on the journal; the freephone contact number disconnected more times than i can remember; sanctions made with no consideration of mental and physical disabilities WHICH I DO NOT CLAIM; frequently sending you to businesses to be rejected (EVERYTIME) after CRB checks and does not fit your job description or work restrictions;... Excuse me while i take my Sertraline medicationtbc...

Sara is extremely unprofessional and definitely needs a warning from her superiors. I have filed an official complaint against her. She thinks it's okay to make other colleagues laugh at the expense of us. Someone inside literally told me she's an interesting lady" before my very first interview with her. Little did I know what they meant. I can't comment here what she told me face to face because I know she will identify me and possibly make my live a living hell. Yes

I recently had a interview for help on maternity, I had to carry my pushchair and newborn baby up the stairs myself. Not one person helped me luckily my partner was there bare in mind I gave birth less than a week before. I told the lady who was doing my interview about the situation and she said I shouldn’t be bringing a baby with me in the first place. Sorry I couldn’t have anyone look after my child!Worst customer service and had no sympathy at all
