Absolutely shocking. The piece of jewellery was much smaller than made out on the website, with a flimsy, awful chain. Presented really poorly in a plastic bag! I contacted Customer Services by email as there is no return address to be found on the paperwork or on the website not any phone number. However it does say that you have to claim a refund in 16 days - lo and behold no reply! I contacted them again, threatening to take it further and got a magical reply from them with a return address. I returned all three items of the same necklace (were going to be Xmas gifts) by Special Delivery as I didn't trust they'd accept receipt and acknowledge the return and guess what? Still no refund. Never ever shop here again!

Rude staff with poor knowledge of the products! Used to be a good store with courteous and helpful staff! First, train your staff well on how to talk to customers. Quality of customer service has degraded over the past few years!

From walking in the shop customer service was fantastic, nothing was a bother tried so many rings on but the lady went out of her way to help me pick a present for my Birthday , highly recommend

The service from the shop is an absolute disgrace. I bought a belcher chain valued at £200 for my 14 years old's birthday and after wearing it for one day it snapped. It was caught up in some tags on a t-shirt he was trying on and on taking the t-shirt off the chain was caught in the tags and snapped.... a total accident. I rang the branch and was told they would replace it as long as I had the original receipt, which I did. I visited the branch today with the receipt and was greeted by two snotty nosed assistants male and female, who said the chain could not be replaced as it was not a manufacturing fault. We discussed how it was not fit for purpose but they refused to accept that argument and told me to take it to a working jeweller for repair at my own cost. They both stood back and said there is nothing else we could do". I left the shop and and said I would never return to their shop as their after care and service was shocking. The female gave out a loud audible tut as I turned and walked out. The working jeweller I went to said he could repair for £8. If you have good money to spend on jewellery then you should avoid this place."

I went for a look at the store window and I saw a beautiful chain and it was on sale and I purchased it and the staff was helpful and friendly and kind and I got it at a discount as well and I was happy with my purchase so now I take care of it and don't allow anyone else near it

Staff being very rude to customers compared to other local jewelry shops. Asking for a ring sizer to measure but got told no point of doing it they only measure you if you buy a ring. Absolutely awful disgusting experience personally definitely will never buy anything from them. Recommend H Samuel and other jewelry shops they are way better friendly

The blonde lady was serving a mother and daughter in front of me in the queue when she had finished serving them she turned her back on me and then spoke to a woman standing in the store and went on to serve her.Very rude. The gentleman working there noticed because he came over to me as soon as he finished serving and apologised for my wait. All the while another lady just stood there watching from behind the counter. No customer skills whatsoever. Very disappointed with the store and I will not be recommending them to anyone in fact I will tell people to stay well clear.Very unprofessional

Staff do not let you shop in store as they are more bothered about mopping the floors than people buying something… basically went in to buy something 1 HOUR before closing time but the staff had just mopped, and as I entered two members of staff shouted at me to get off the wet floor with one making a horrible face and rolling her eyes. Not really my or any other customers fault they decide to mop the ground during opening hours then have a huff over it. I decided not to make a purchase and left without saying anything further. Very rude and unprofessional staff, I will not be returning to this store and have told all my friends and family to stay away too.
