Kerry worked so hard to get my hair just right today. I am very fussy, and the cut ( short choppy bob) and colour ( toned bleach) are just perfect.Kerry is a polite and friendly lady, and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her. Takes a great deal to get my seal of approval as I am a complete fusspot who knows exactly what I want in a haircut! Thanks Kerry.x

I actually didn't get chance to have my hair done by Kerry as she cancelled my hair appointment a couple days before it was due, after an inital consultation. She was very defensive and refused to give me advice regarding removing dye from my cream leather sofa after she had been to my home with her equipment.She brought her colour book and placed on my sofa and after she had left I noticed a black mark on the sofa. I tried to remove as thought it was mud, however once the top layer was removed I was left with a dark brown stain. I asked Kerry how to remove indicating that it was probably from her book, and she asked me to send a photograph. I did so and was met with absolute denial, some aggression and unwillingness to help me. She obviously doesn't want to deal with any problems that arise, which unfortunately is inevitable when having a business. I found her perfectly nice when I met her and was looking forward to having my hair coloured and cut after having my daughter. My husband is in the Navy and I cannot attend a salon just yet.However I have now lost any interest in mobile hairdressers. She was very unprofessional, rude and aggressive when I asked how to remove the dye and her response was to ensure I felt completely worthless. I do not understand how a question of how to remove the dye can resort to her cancelling my long awaited appointment and not giving me advice on how to remove the dye. This is a very unprofessional, and sloppy approach to maintaining a buisness.I am a Community nurse and if there was a possibility of me doing something, or a problem arising from a patient's home, then I would go back to the patient and try and resolve a problem not turn them away.EDIT:In response to the reply below from Kerry:My issue is that after a problem occuring you have simply walked away, cancelled my appointment and have offered no advice which is all I was asking for. I wasn't asking for compensation, or trying to change/cancel my appointment, I was simply asking advice. I had accepted that these things (accidents) happen and I was fully content to continue having my hair done. The reason I find it so unprofessional is that you have simply denied it and stonewalled me. And now become argumentative about a review I have placed.I'm relieved I am not trying to deal with an issue/problem with my hair! What would you have done if a mistake was made with the dye on my hair or the cut? Refused to offer advice, or come back to rectify? A professional would not ignore a customer because they had an issue.Sometimes a business doesn't deserve a 5 star rating, and to be shamed for giving an honest opinion is actually unbelievable.

Although I was happy with what Kerry had done, she made a point of coming back the next day to get the colour to what she had expected, thank you x

I wasn't ever confident going to the salon due to the crowded environment but was recommended to use Kerry by a close friend. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made!I have been using Kerry for the past 3 months and she has perfected the way I like to have my hair styled.I highly recommend her as she is highly talented at what she does!

I am so happy that I managed to find Kerry! She has been doing a wonderful job on my hair for almost a year now and what tops it off is that she is such a delightful young lady to be around.I cannot praise her enough. Keep up the fantastic work X
