I can't recommend Hunters Woodseats highly enough to sell your home. From start to finish, their service was personalised, warm, professional and faultless. We have a large young family and the team were so flexible and considerate to our needs and routines. Stephen visited for our valuation which was far more detailed than other valuations we had; it was supported with a thorough market knowledge, convincing rationale/figures, along with helpful hints to make our property sell well. Sophie was superb in organising and hosting viewings at our property - she was a brilliant point of contact for us and marketed the property with knowledge and warmth; viewings from just two mornings resulted in four asking price & over offers. Joanne was then incredible in our ongoing negotiations through survey, exchange and completion - her advice was pivotal in us making prudent decisions that were right for our family and resulted in a fantastic outcome for us. After a confusing decision between 3 estate agents .. I cannot recommend Hunters enough. From Stephans spot on advice on the valuation to the lovelySophie who did the majority of the viewings . Absolutely brilliant. Sophie had our house sold in a day! We had a difficult chain (don’t ask) and I seriously think without Jo’s hard work co-ordinating all the solicitors it would have collapsed. Can’t speak highly enough of the team.

Hunters have been very helpful from the start. I was impressed by their initial valuation meeting as they were the only agent to point out some potential negative issues with the property but also to advise remedial action. And indeed assisted me overcoming the issues by putting me in touch with others who could help. Their marketing lined up a lot of viewers in a very short period of time and resulted in two immediate offers one of which was over the asking price. They were able to give me information on potential buyers which helped me in deciding which offer to accept . They have been excellent in communicating with me regularly and the sale is now in the hands of the solicitors. Interestingly of the 3 Estate Agents I saw their fees were the lowest but I would have chosen them anyway. So I saw that as a bonus rather than deal maker.
