Niva Nails

This shop were supposed to order me a case, but left it for 4 days. When I requested my deposit back, after initially saying yes, they refused. This poor customer service led me to numerous visits to rectify something that would be simple for most businesses. Avoid this company.

Terrible terrible grim place not very clean.. rubbish and clutter every where grunt and groan at you no manners. Take your money as soon as you walk through the door rush your nails then point to the door for you to leave before your nails are even dry!!! The outside of the run down shop speaks volumes... smashed window been like that for months!! The guy who runs it ... GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!

Would give them no stars if I could. Absolutely terrible. I went for an in fill and new design. I had 3 different people working on me, swapping and changing and they left me sat for atleast 15 minutes whilst they were working on other customers. Nails were wonky- even though they were infills. One of them butchered my nails with the electric file, I kept having to pull my hand away because it hurt so much! Then when it came to the design, all I wanted was glitter ombré on 2 fingers and it looked terrible, there were lines in it and it wasn't blended at all. By this point i was sick of them so had to go and buy some glitter polish and sort them out myself. On top of it all the place is filthy and the staff are really rude!! I've had my nails done a lot and I've never had a set look so bad!!

First time here, thought I'd try them out as they're cheaper than others. Didn't like being moved between three different people to have nails done or to pay as soon as you walk in.Three weeks later nails are still going strong.

Disqusting service, rude staff, expensive......

Poor service, compare to other shops in Nottingham. The guy from this shop, he seemed like he couldn't be bothered to do.I never visit here again

I love how quickly they do my nails and they looks amazingSuper strong and last a lot longer than the other shops
