Kelly Clarke carried out an Air Conditioning service on my Nissan Qashqai. I found them to be very friendly, and really accommodating, to carry out as quickly as possible (in the middle of a heatwave...!!), having phoned in the morning and them being able to carry out later in the day. In the event, I was unable to work with that, so they offered me the following afternoon which is when the work was carried out. The premises are professional in appearance, with decent customer parking, pleasant customer service, and (as much as I could see) very well-equipped workshop. Fair price, no issues, very happy I chose there.

Having a problem with our car whilst on holiday, we got a warm and reassuring response from Kelly Clarke Motor Services Ltd. We were able to take the car into them the following morning where it was diagnosed immediately and put us at ease that the car was drivable and able to get us home in order to get it fixed locally.Upon return the diagnosis was indeed correct! We cannot say how grateful we were to know what we were dealing with in such a quick and professional manner, giving us peace of mind to enjoy the last day of our holiday.5 Star Service!Thank you!

Excellent, efficient service. Picked my car up when they said they would with no drama. Delivered it back again within a couple of hours with all the work completed. Great local service.

I never write reviews but I wanted to share what happened to me so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Took my car in for a MOT here. The mechanic broke the bonnet release toggle off and I was charged in full for them to replace it! I understand accidents happen however it happened in their hands and they took zero responsibility for it. Not only that but I was told two different versions of the story (one saying it broke when they closed the bonnet, the other saying it broke when they pulled it off to open it..) so still don’t really understand how it happened. I was also told two different excuses of why it took them all day (I dropped my car off at 8 am and it wasn’t ready until 4pm). I had to call them 3 times during the day because no one was keeping me updated despite originally being told the part would be there at 11am. He was so dismissive and wouldn’t take any responsibility or apologise to anything. At the start of my MOT I asked if there would be any extra costs please ring me and tell me first. I never got a call saying how much it would cost so assumed out of goodwill and the fact THEY broke it that they wouldn’t charge me or if they did, not charge me almost £30 for it.. he said goodwill was not charging me for a full half hour of work or he could have just closed the bonnet, not told me and let me drive off with it not being able to open. I think his attitude was disgusting and to say something like that, that the thought even crossed his mind, suggests to me the type of scammers that they are. Please, please be aware of this if you really can’t find another mechanic to go to. I feel this is a way of them making more money each time.

Rang up early in the morning to see whether they could fit me in the same day to pump up my mgf suspension and Kelly was very helpful and sorted it out. Great quick service and definitely worth the travel to.. great little find.
