Just spent a couple of days here and enjoyed it. The beds where nice and comfortable. The house was clean and the breakfast was excellent. I would recommend and the owner was very friendly and an amazing job running it mainly on is own

Achnabobane Farmhouse
A decent stay as a base for tackling Ben Nevis. Room was okay, no frills but clean and I guess you get what you pay for really. Host was pleasant enough, cooked breakfast on offer in the morning, other guests were friendly also, 6 miles away from Ben Nevis/Fort William Town centre.

Beds not comfortable. Host was funny, knowledgeable, and gave us a ride to Fort William when we didn't have a way to get to dinner.

Clean, warm with very comfy beds. The host was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful, homemade jams and sausages. Was the perfect end to a long days walk.

We really enjoyed staying at the nice and beautiful farmhouse for one night.The owner is friendly and helpful (gave us good advice for our travel routes). He cooks the delicious breakfast freshly every morning for every guest and has vegetarian options.Our room was clean, tidy and well prepared. There were details such as nicely folded towels, sweets for each guest and bedcovers.The B&B has a beautiful mountain view which you can enjoy.I’d love to come back one day.

The host is very welcoming and the property is kept to a high standard. However, I did feel I couldn't touch anything for fear of upsetting him. The breakfast was very nice. Not sure I'd recommend this place or stay again.

The hoist have to many rules shoes out" over that he put us to cancel our booking to not pay some commission to booking.comhowever the room was tidy but not very clean

Why was it poor? Well apart from the host being the worst mannered man one has ever met, mice droppings in the room and mice while at breakfast! The place is seriously run down and needs a major refurbishment ASAP. Unless the owner gets a grip of his attitude and cleans the place up i wouldn't give him the honor of one star.
