Granary Studios

Granary Studios is newly built students accommodation under Fresh Students Living. They have such an amazing Flats having all the facilities including fast Wi-Fi connection, left for all tje floors and a nice social space for socializing. This building is really secure with Cameras all around and secure access through the doors that only authorised individuals can access it.The staff available are really enthusiastic, supportive and professional. The hall is open for registration and students will start moving in September 2019.

Excellent and modern accommodation for students in ideal location in the centre of Chester. I have never had better experience in a UK accommodation. Very professional, extremely helpful and friendly staff who always supported me and responded immediately when needed. Awesome facilities, very clean environment. Fantastic building in the centre of chester. No accommodation has a better location. Friendly staff & residents. Beautifully designed studio apartments.

At first it was fine but things started going downhill after that. First of all , I had multiple very loud neighbors that kept partying all the times. I made multiple complaints but nothing changed !!.I sometimes couldn't even sleep .If you are a student you would not be able to study nor sleep!!!.Second, the manager was rude and disrespectful to me once , which was really unpleasant !!.Third, despite the fact that I left the room super clean, they took 50% of my tenancy deposit .So its very likely that you are not going to get your deposit back !!! .Fourth, the only good thing in this student accommodation was the receptionist James. He was very professional , friendly and manages to respond very fast .Fifth, they are really unflexible .They wouldn't extend my agreement for an extra 6 months!!!! I have stayed for a year and needed extra 6 months and they didn't extend it !!! so if you are an international student and your course is more than one year like 1.5 or more, please consider other accommodations as they are flexible and will definitely extend or find you a solution!!Tareq Wahbi, M.D .

I really like the finishing of the studios, good quality flooring and appliances. Spacious rooms. Secure building.

Wow! I haven't even moved in yet and already think the staff are brilliant. I've had difficulty booking and they have been so helpful in getting it sorted for me. Big shoutout to James and Claire who both helped me so much. Looking forward to moving in in September!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Granary Studios is a fantastic student accommodation with modern facilities and very warm and helpful staff. Social spaces are very well kept and clean. There are many events organised by the staff including game and movie nights. :)

Best three years of my life I wish I could relive my experience there. The way I was included in every social event yet never felt pressured to leave my room. The room itself was amazing, everything I needed all in enough space to live in.

I have stayed at granary for 2 years now and I have throughly enjoyed it! The accommodation team Jess and Claire are so helpful and aways up to have a chat no matter what time of the day
