I contacted HPC247 via email to have alook at the issue I was experiencing. Sean got back to me that morning and booked a visit in for the following day. His colleague Jason came out, and was really helpful and honest about what they could/ couldn’t do to help. Jason was very knowledgeable, applied some treatment and gave me some suggestions about what I could do myself to manage the situation. Jason didn’t charge me as he felt the situation would resolve itself quite soon, and actually it did so I saved myself £300! Jason also said that I could call/ email him if the situation didn’t improve and I needed more advice- as I say very helpful, would definitely recommend.

Was given company number by council , called and book a wasp nest removal, arrived next day 9am. Very polite, well informed, very professional done the job and even took the nest for disposal. Great all round.
