Some of the staff need to be retrained on how to interact with customers.One in particular seemed to have a attitude problem.Sometimes some people shouldn't be in retail or be working with the public.

Staff need some education on consumer law. Saying an item reduced for a fault means you have no rights to return is incorrect. IT CAN BE RETURNED IF IT IS RETURNED FOR A DIFFERENT NON RELATED FAULT.

Suffering in the Men's section in particular while River Island does have a great selection of products and different clothing styles - its the one place I would consider relatively overpriced.The consistency in quality doesn't seem to line up with the cost, where one £27 tee feels premium and long lasting but another feels like a boujee knockoff for the same priceIts unclear how much certain things cost with a lack of tags or prices on rails and a lot of the selection found here can often be found almost 50% cheaper at admittedly better and more renowned clothing outlets.You will find the occasional gem here but more likely when there's a sale on given the RRP's.Definitely good to pop in and check, but perhaps more for inspo and less for shopping.

Dear sir,I’m Imran Bhatti we had happened in River Island with staffs. We went there return to my wife coat with my wife 3 months Boby girl and 6 years old boy. Recently visited the shop at Manchester Arndale. They were distributing some scratch card vouchers with Max 25% discount. Luckily i scratched the coupon and won a 20% discount. Bought a cross body bag which was worth £30 for £24. The staff is very humble. The shop has a lovely collection of clothes as well as bags and shoes. It's a luxurious brand but worth the buy for the collection and material which lasts for a long run.

Shop ok some staff rude not willing to help and have attitude issues towards customers wen complaind to another staff member who was not interested at all wud have spent more in store but unhelpful staff put me off ,should never judge customers by their appearance...

Absolutely shocking customer service. I went to river island Blackburn today at 4:45 PM on the website the close at 5PM, but when I went there 2 ladies who refused to let us in every though I told them I will only be 5 minutes as I already know what I want but still refused to let me in and force us to get out and close the door on us 10 minutes before the closing time.Staffs needs more training and need to take more owner ship of the business instead of pushing away customers

Partner loves the place has cost me a fortune over the last few months since I introduced her to the place.
