Not a good or professional experience today, unfortunately.Only one masseur available when I'd booked for myself and a friend to have a massage and they'd originally said they had availability for us both.Then when my friend asked if she could have privacy whilst she got ready for the massage, the masseur laughed, left the room but left the door open.Then the masseur was on the phone during the massage time until my friend asked her to put the phone away during the beginning of the massage.Then she kept popping out of the room during my friend's massage to keep insisting I sat in the room during the massage. Very strange!I was shocked at all the 5* reviews as this was not our experience at all!
