Staffa Tours Tobermory

Would absolutely recommend the tour of Lunga and Staffa. The puffins are my new best friend. It was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Excellent trip - we did the Staff and Treshnish Isles tour. 6hrs total out of Tobermory but it flew by. Beautiful day with flat seas. Nice solid comfortable boat. In at Staffa for Fingal's Cave before the masses arrived. Then on to Lunga to see puffins by the thousands happy for you to come within a couple of metres (attached photos are just from a phone camera). Plus a colony full of guillemots, cormorants, razorbills, kittiwakes etc out on a small headland. A pod of bottlenose dolphins played with the boat wake on the way home. You'll need a picnic lunch.

We had a wonderful day with Staffa tour. We embark from Kilchoan, saw lots of Puffins and the amazing isle of Staffa.

Top notch outfit with a good sized and fast catamaran so you get there fast and with minimal movement. Can highly recommend the whole day trip to Staffa and Lunga islands. Saw bottlenose dolphins on the way, amazing basalt rock formations on Staffa, and of course puffins on Lunga island. Bring your own lunch to Lunga and eat just feet from the puffins.

We did the staffs puffin tour out of Tobermory and I can honestly say it’s one of the best excursions I’ve ever done. The tour was organized and gave us ample opportunity for puffin watching. We even saw dolphins swimming beside the boat! I would highly recommend this tour

Dolphins, eagles and Staffa!What a wonderful trip we had visiting Staffa. The boat was very comfortable and the crew are friendly. We had some great views of wildlife including gannets, shags, seals, dolphins, Manx shearwaters and a far off glimpse of the legendary White-tailed sea Eagle! The crew were happy to stop and let us all have a good look.The time onshore at Staffa was wonderful and Fingal's cave is a truly magical place. Our absolute favourite thing was when the dolphins came to play by our boat. Such a special trip.Was great to get a family ticket too as some of the other companies didn't do them.

Lovely tour, seen plenty of wildlife including basking sharks, minke whale, common dolphin and a juvenile white tailed eagle. Fingal’s cave was spectacular! Friendly and welcoming staff. Dogs welcome on the boat ☺️

Thus tour was incredible!!! (Wild life tour). So worth it!!! We saw dolphins, puffins, eagles, and my favourite: the cave!Make sure to take snacks to the tour, we left from Oban in the morning without breakfast and could eat only at 5pm, once we were back from the tour, as the islands are deserted and they don't have food for sale on the boat.Could not recommend this tour enough.
