Recently started to do my shopping overnight bi-weekly at this Asda spending over £500 and today (25/26 Jul) a lady short indian/asian on the night shift had been really rude with the number of bags being used and even suggested of me attempting to take more bags than paying for…. What an absolute joke this has never happened I am now deciding to move my business over to your competitors sainsburys and tesco that can atleast provide decent customer service!Employ better staff, service does not mean a thing if you cant be bothered to do your job!

Shelves are often empty on an evening, especially in the fruit and vegetable section. Pictures taken today at 20.45hrs.

A lovely and active place, I would recommend you to visit once or twice. However, the bakery section does not serve the most fresh goods as they can be 2 or more days old which is very disappointing. The staff are lovely and thanks to them I am able to visit this asda more often. Not too big, not too small.

As someone who is Gluten Intolerant I use Asda for my free from food. On a good day, the variety of free from food Asda has is second to none. But I say on a good day... There's hardly any gluten free bread, cereal shelves are mostly always empty. The unfortunate thing is, I use Asda because when they do have gluten free food on the shelves they have a larger variety than other well known stores. It's bad enough I have an intolerance, it worse when I can't even buy the food I want to eat.

Theres a little indian lady that often works the late shift, she is ridiculously rude! Holds all the bags up her arm and you have to scout her out for a bag, which she then shoves past to scan it for you rather than handing you the bag to do yourself. And when you ask for a bag whilst shes with other customers you’re left waiting because she wants to scan the bag for you! If thats the case then open the tills and serve customers instead of having self service as the only option.

I got Parking fine for shopping here for 50 mins on Friday 11/11after 10pm if you can do a weekly shop in under 30 mins go for it, no clear sign before entering, states 3 hour's but in small blue section says read sign inside, no pay and display if you even want longer, called customer service was told if we loose customers then so be it ,contact the parking company as it's not our car park. Thanks for the fine on veterans day nice to know my great uncle fought for this lack of freedom. UPDATE charge was dropped after communication with store and proof of purchase provided to customer service desk.

Enjoy shopping here as they have everything I need in one place. 2 floors, upstairs for clothing and general house items, and downstairs for all your grocery needs. Massive car park dedicated solely for asda no other businesses around. Open 24 hours aswell which is very useful. It is always kept in good standards and shelfs are generally always stocked up.

Good store let down by the ridiculous width of the parking bays.It seems Asdas priority is to pack in as many vehicles as possible, making it awkward to get in and out of my car.

Just popped into the cafe for a bite to eat. Err, never again. The food was almost cold. No side salad as the member of staff hadn't got time to get any. Not really what we wanted to eat but nothing really there for a quick bite. Staff really can't be bothered to be honest. The tables are dirty and were not Cleaned. We won't be bothering again, not a good experience at all.
