absolute dogsh**e company. I went in to look at the current range and buy something (normal behaviour) and was told they only have Samsungs in stock. display material and promotions were 6 months out of date and misleading. Nobody answers the phone when i called to check stock levels and the web team are just as bad. Everything is driven to get you to go home and buy online. To make matters worse, they trade in the Curry's storefront, wear Curry's uniforms, but dont share a database, so the very helpful people at Curry's can't even help you look for what you want when the inept Carphone warehouse lets you down. JUST DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE - they wont be around in a year to resolve issues and you can guarantee there will be some excuse as to why you're out of luck

Only giving a 1 as can't give a zero. I went into 02 and had the most amazing customer service, said was going to pop into curry's to see their delays know the phone. Basically got ignored for 10 mins. 1 girl just stood at the other side of the store doing nothing and couldn't be bothered to ask me if I needed help. Will be buying my phone elsewhere

There is no Google store, after having traveled 50min to visit carphone warehouse I found out it doesn't actually exist. It is a Curry's with only a small concession with Google products. What a disappointment!

Great customer service at the store. Absurdly bad customer service thereafter. Delivery dates were all wrong and it has been absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone to help. I am still trying as of right now. Would expect much better from a store selling expensive / mission-critical products such as PCs.

Unprofessional.The staff left my bank card and driving license on the table visible, while other customers presented around the table. Even repeated my 3 digits from the back of my card loudly, in front of everyone. No explanation of steps or options, just came back said your card declined! And I noticed I was charged a pound!He keeps saying go to Vodafone!I had to Call my bank, as very worried and had to cancel my card. They told me there isn’t any issues with my card, and my credit is excellent. Not sure what happened!Very unhappy.

The tiny little pakistani man who happens to be the manager, is very rude & is ruining the company's reputation (what's left of it) and doesn't know how to appropriately conduct business and does whatever he pleases to make himself happy.My experience: I asked to return a pair of faulty earphones & he put them INTO HIS EAR to test them and denied me a refund after purchasing 2 days ago. Very unprofessional and ill-mannered, not going to purchase from C.W again! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY anything from CARPHONE WAREHOUSE!!!!DO NOT BELIEVE WHOEVER GAVE THEM MORE THEN 1STAR.The WORST customer service ever I have encountered in my life and being sold 2 faulty handsets (Honor 6X, Hauwei P10 Lite)in a month. The manager from Tottenham court road lied outright about refund policy and refused to refund for faulty handset. Have to called the customer service and agreed to refund. I have paid my handset in cash because the system was crashed on that day. While processing the refund they didn't have money at the whole store (shocking) which is only £200. And the manager told me he couldn't process and advice me to go to other branches. I asked which branch particular obviously I wouldn't go around and ask all the branches in London if they have the money to refund for my handset. The manager refused to do so. And I advised to put in my account and he refused again. I called customer service to explain my situation again and the customer service advised to leave my handset and they agreed to transfer the money to my account. But the store manager refused me to leave the handset in store. But I left my handset at store which adviced me from customer service call center. The whole situation was took almost 2 hours. Long story short after a week, called back to customer service and haven't solved the issue and still waiting to get the refund.

The slowest service known to woman, man, child or animal. It would have been quicker for me to source the materials to construct my own charger and cut a couple of trees for the packaging. It took so long to be helped by staff, nobody avaliable to explain why the service was taking so long nor was an apology for the time taken to assist me given. They need more staff, it was almost laughable if it wasn't such a waste of time.

Order a phone to collect In store. Their systems are down and I can't collect the phone so I decided to return the phone and repair my old phone. To return the phone is also a hassle and I was supposed to be contacted by carphone warehouse two days ago regarding my return still haven't been contacted. I know have to pop into the shop for the 4th time to ask what went wrong so inconvenient and annoying. Terrible firm

Went there on Monday evening, asked the employee if they had earphones resembling my JBL's I was wearing. He was impressively incompetent, and managed to only point on one singular set where it was labeled with JBL, and said that those were the only ones that was JBL - which 1. Was not my request, I asked for a resemblance not the same ones, even though that would be ideal, 2. I can read, so I had already seen which ones of the JBL's they had - and the best part is that he did not manage to point them all out, even I found more. 3. When I asked how the Sony's were in comparison he looked like a question mark, and answered Well
