Had asked a few company’s to come and give us a quote for a new bathroom out of all of them boldon bathrooms was the best joe come out and helped us with everything we went to the show room and picked what we wanted all the staff in there were lovely made us feel very welcome, Nathan the fitter come and done everything he is only a young lad so wasn’t sure if he would have the experience but we were so wrong he done a brilliant job anything I asked he done it no problem and made sure it was all clean when finished, Margaret also rang me everyday to make sure everything was going as planned I can’t fault them from start to finish,

The initial design, choice of furniture and hardware needed to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances that couldn’t be avoided but it turned out far better than we imagined, Josh had everything under control from the ordering to the delivery and kept us informed along the way. John and John were our fitters and they helped enormously guiding us and keeping us informed of every step of the way, they we’re absolutely amazing. Nothing was a problem to them and they were so polite, professional and a pleasure to have around, thank you both for all your guidance and experience in making the changes that needed to take place, they did an amazing job. If you are fortunate to have these guys allocated to your fitting you’re in safe hands.

Fantastic service from start to finish.Would happily recommend to anyone.The installation of the bathroom suite is superb.Also, the communication from Matthew in the actual office meant that any problems (which were minimal) was resolved ASAP without any issues.Once the job was complete, all scrap from the old suite and any remaining material was removed from my drive the next day.

Excellent service from the beginning,starting with Josh, measuring design and price with no pressure at all. The fitting of the bathroom is perfect far exceeding our expectation from Keith the fitter. His attention to detail and final touches are brilliant. I would describe Keith as a perfectionist which is rare to find these days. Keith is also a friendly guy and keeps you informed on what hes doing thoughout the fit. So pleased with the result, couldn't believe my tiny bathroom could look so good. 1st class service from professional team. They certainly delivered from Monday to Wednesday and all rubbish removed. Will definitely make this my first visit for my kitchen in future.

Designed well from the start, great communication, information and options given to suit our budget. A big job as ceiling and floor needed quite a bit of work replacing and fitting a sub floor. Also it was not a straight forward out and replace as it was totally redesigned and needed soil pipe and waste pipes through the wall also. Great team on the job, Karl kept texting to make sure I was happy with what he had did that day. A few issues that where solved with assurance from boldon bathrooms. I would recommend to friends and family. Thanks for such a great job.

I had a shower room fitted last week, and both myself and my husband are delighted with everything. From my initial meeting with Josh, to the final fitting with John and John. My experience with Boldon Bathrooms has been excellent. Only having one bathroom I was very impressed that I was never left without toilet facilities. I would highly recommend. Thank you all,for such a smooth journey.

After the initial install took around 3 months to finish with the snags and leaks of the wet room we had and on /off times of unable to use the room totalling around 2 weeks (not including installation time) we were able to use the room sadly a few months later another leak appeared,I assume from a previous attempted fix. After 6 weeks from notifying them, 22 days of which I was unable to use the room I finally asked them to leave the job. To which I'll have to find an alternative installer.

A great experience from start to finish.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff in the showroom on the initial visit made us feel welcome, this continued with the appointment for a survey, return visit to select door, work surface, sink etc. They have a great selection to choose from and endless patience.Boldon Bathrooms and Tiles took care of every aspect of fitting the new kitchen, from the rip out of the old kitchen, plastering, plumbing, electrics, fitting the new kitchen, fitting the floor and removing the waste, a comprehensive service.Special mention to Andy the kitchen fitter and much more, nothing was too much trouble to get the kitchen just right, so we were 100% happy - any issues were dealt with - no chin rubbing or sharp intakes of breath, just got on with the job with a good attention to detail, making sure we were happy at every stage.Stephen the electrician was also very good, all the electrics were fitted to a high standard even though it was not straight forward he just got on with it until it was sorted out - would use again.Margaret made daily calls to make sure things were progressing giving ample opportunity for us to raise any issues(there were none) and making sure we were satisfied with progress.We are thrilled with the result, the fact there were no hidden extras was a pleasant surprise - the price we paid was the price we were quoted.Thanks to all at Boldon Bathrooms and Tile, we are more than happy to recommend this company.Andy & Carolyn (Robson)
