Bought two quite expensive solar pump fountains for my pond and they worked for 3 days - not great but adequate. Then one stopped working and a day later the other stopped working - this is in full strong sunshine all day long. So I contacted them - basically they fobbed me off with perhaps the battery is dud". Seriously? Then they have not responded to my further emails. Very very disappointed and £140 down. Boo."

Faultless service, the box of tape, pen and fragile labels came in very handy BUT the bonus T bag was something else entirely a very thoughtful touch. Would highly recommend these to anyone needing boxes if moving or decorating.

Delivery driver spent 2 days taking pictures of himself outside my house while saying he couldn't find my address which has a name plate out front. Now packing my house to move a day before with a baby to look after. Refunded and would not use again. Need a new courier.

Ordered a Christmas tree online that they could no longer supply. Have been promised a refund weeks ago but still waiting. Do not respond to emails or phone calls BUYER BEWARE!!!’

Ordered 10 boxes for move, but only 8 arrived in the pack. Only discovered this once I had started packing, leaving me short of boxes two days before moving. They apologised and offered a partial refund for the boxes I didn’t get, which was fair. Never got the refund, of course. Absolute cowboys. Avoid.

I have on several occasions chosen to purchase boxes for moving. However recently I bought a new set as i had given my sturdy boxes to a relative. The new ones were not as strong as the old ones and lead to the collapse of my packaging and the breaking of my crockery. I don't recommend them anymore. Also no tea bag

Brilliant service on the phone when I ordered my Christmas decorations. So helpful and friendly. Delivery was next day, I thought I was being sent a washing machine the box was so big, but it was full of fabulous Christmas decs. The house looks just awful now but the kids are so excited. Merry Christmas to you all and thank you!

Ordered 15 extra large boxes and they were delivered the next day. They are double-walled and superb quality. Perfect for my needs. In addition: Joanne in customer services is excellent at her job.
