Fantastic shopping experience in Hobbs Aberdeen today.Lynne was so helpful and was able to suggest a range of styles which would suit me. Lynne was able to quickly understand my needs and adapted. I left a very happy customer. I always get excellent service at Hobbs Aberdeen - well done!

I was utterly disgusted with the service that I received in this particular branch of Hobbs, I left feeling utterly humiliated from the treatment I received from a sales assistant after enquiring whether the store carried any larger sizes of the items I liked on the shop floor. Some training in customer service is definitely required.

What a helpful and friendly store! I had to return an item if clothing I had ordered online and the assistant, Lynsey, not only helped me choose something in store but she asked me if it was for a particular occasion and then personally went round the store and brought everything in my size to the dressing room and helped me to choose the best one. She was so friendly and professional and was only too happy to spend time ensuring that everything was perfect. I will be back!

You staff are fabulous. I was looking for an item which was out of stock on your website and my local shop. Lynsey from your Aberdeen branch offered to check other store and sourced the dress in York. After a phone call to me she arranged for it to be sent to the Aberdeen store to allow me to try it on. On attending the store Alex served me with friendly chat .

My partner and I had a lovely visit here. Lynsey was very helpful and pointed out a lovely knitted cardigan that went with my dress. She also was able to help me find the best size!Would shop here again.

Excellent personal service from the Aberdeen store, Marta was very helpful without being pushy, appreciated being given time to enjoy the shopping experience and consider my purchase. With many stores closing it is good to see Hobbs have remained in the town centre. Great quality clothing.

I used Hobbs styling appointment for an occasion outfit. It was such an easy experience, all the options were ready for me to try on. The ladies offered accessories which could be worn and it made the whole shopping experience so relaxed.Every time I am in store the staff are so helpful.You don’t get this experience shopping online.

Extremely helpful staff. Very knowledgeable. Good website so had a good idea what I was looking for. The matching jacket was not in stock but they ordered it for me with free home delivery. Quality service in the Aberdeen Hobbs shop.
