Medivet 24 Hour Sutton

Amazing vets / fabulous staff. Nothing is too much trouble and so easy to book an appointment. My dog was so nervous at my previous vets. With medivet in Sutton. The staff have taken the time to reassure him and makes him feel safe. Really a great team.

Had an emergency appt with our cat Pebbles this morning...we knew she was unwell and expected the worst scenario....that was confirmed on our vist ...Danielle and Esther (the vet) was truly amazing....showed empathy....sympathy ...great comfort and reassurance....we left the surgery totally devastated after losing our beloved family member ...couldn't have wished for anything better than the care that we received for Pebbles.. .fully recommend your services for expertise in such difficult circumstances....thankyou so much xx

I just wanted to send a massive thank you to your wonderful staff that I met yesterday after almost 48 hrs of my cat not passing urine! The vet, Jon, was extremely comforting and very helpful. After a long night of watching his every move, my little man produced a massive wee! I'm beyond grateful of the kindness I received yesterday evening and special shout out to the lovely receptionist (I didn't catch her name!) who validated my worries and was very calm throughout. A wonderful vet and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The vets here are great and really care about animals. The practice is 24/7 so very convenient too.

Fantastic practice who have provided the best care to my ferrets whenever they have been in their care. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who provide the best they can and more. Not only for your beloved pets but you as a pet parent too!

Never had a bad thing to say about this place, Dolly the Chi loved going to see Paulo during her surgery&recovery. The team dealt with Roger Rabbit with the upmost care and sincerity in his final days. Narla the Staff is anxiety on legs, but the vet was so calm and patient with her! Always been the best with my pets!

Needed emergency weekend treatment for my dog. Immediate responses and after care at Epsom practice were brilliant, and communication at all times was excellent, especially in the follow up days.

We waited over a week (with several chasers) for a quote for a minor procedure that we were promised 4 times would be with us by the “end of the day”. When it did arrive it was extortionate - £1700 for removal of a small mass.Whilst the receptionist was helpful, the “partner” utterly refused to give any explanation for the high costs or give any discount for making us wait. By comparison, a spay procedure cost c£350 but the same general anesthetic used for this they were charging over £900! Apparently prices are “set by head office”After we challenged them and requested explanation of the charges we received an email saying that they would no longer be willing to treat our dog because it should be built on “trust and respect”.Trust and respect is earned and you failed to do so!

We've been with Medivet Sutton for a few years now and their service has always been of a high and caring standard. The staff are another level doing all they can to help you and your pet.I didn't get the kind receptionists name but the time she took for my call, having to cancel my cat and kittens appointment last minute, and the extra time taken to find me a new appointment has been so appreciated that I had to leave this review, something I should have done ages ago.

I’ve been registered at this practice for over 35 years. That in itself is a testament to how happy I am with the care they have given my cats, dogs and my dear little rescue rabbit over those years. I currently have a rescue dog who for the first two years was too traumatized to travel by car. I was offered home visits for her health checks and vaccinations. The patience, care and understanding they have have shown Paloma over the 9 years that she has been with me has been exceptional. I cannot thank them enough.
