We used the party box company for my son’s baptism, the service and decorations were outstanding. Martine came up with various suggestions on the ideas that I had and the final result was better than I could ever have imagined. The ladies went above and beyond to ensure everything looked amazing. So happy, would highly recommend and Will be using for all future functions.

I ordered from The Party Box for the first time back in April and I couldn't of been happier with the service they provided. I struggled to order exactly what I wanted online, so called them directly and did the order really easily over the phone. They even added the gold balloons in to match with the text on the tall helium balloon. The numbers and smaller balloons are still going strong 2 months on! Thank you again :-)

We bought this on 19th December at short notice, and it still looks as lovely today 17th January. Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. They’re so nice in there as well x

Absolutely brilliant service and product at a really reasonable price. I ordered balloons for my mum and aunties 60th birthdays which have lasted nearly a month and were absolutely gorgeous. Thanks - a lovely way to celebrate in a very strange time. Mum was pleased her balloons matched her dress and her slippers... Perfect for zoom!

Excellent customer service. My daughter had a mishap with a large number balloon she had purchased from an online store for my grandson's 21st birthday. Due to the restrictions in place at this time, in desperation we contacted The Party Box, not knowing if anyone would be there, luckily the shop was still taking orders, and, at very short notice, they were able to help us out. I wished we had realised the shop was still taking orders before purchasing elsewhere. The shop is full of beautiful decorations, and will be our 'go to' shop for future purchases.

The Party Box have provided balloons for me many times and I cannot recommend them enough. They even surprised me with a balloon for my birthday that my grandmother sorted for me.She just rang their store and paid over the phone, after receiving guidance on the best balloon to fit her criteria. It was a personalised Orb and looked amazing.Their range and knowledge is better than other local balloon stores, and their staff are extremely kind and helpful. If you have an event this is the place to go to kit it out.
