Ordered a Seestar S50 which wasn’t in stock at the time. I thought I may have to wait a long time for it to come back in stock… but it arrived in only a couple weeks. Excellent communication, and great service!

Ordered my nirvana 82 degree eyepiece and couldn’t be happier with FLO service! Ordered on the Thursday afternoon and then it was delivered FRIDAY MORNING! Really well packaged, loads of protection. Im new to astronomy and had saved up to buy my first serious telescope..with so many to chose from and different companies (all online) it was hard to know who to trust or what to get.I opted for FLP I only heard of them through google but their prices seemed good.I bought a telescope and it came very fast..unfortunately there was a problem with the product (these things do happen) i contacted FLO and literally immediately they replied..they tried to help me with the problem but when realised they couldn’t they agreed to take it back no issues at all.This is very important..In this world of online companies its hard to know who to trust..I realised then I could trust FLOI asked that maybe they could help me chose another..again straight away they replied with options (and none were up selling..they were all same price or cheaper alternatives)With the advice given I picked one and I am so happy!I literally cannot thank FLO enough..they are definitely a company that can be trusted! If you are in the market like I was I highly recommend you try FLO and I’m sure you will be as happy as I am with the speed service and products they supply

Only placed a few orders with FLO but the customer service has been amazing. Alex has gone above and beyond to answer my questions and had virtually an immediate response. I’ll definitely be a returning customer and FLO will be my no1 for any purchases. I’d have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Excellent customer service and advice. Items sent in minutes (!) after I placed my order and they were received in less than a week (in Athens, Greece). The only drawback is that international customers do not get a import tax estimate.

Very nice customer service. The only downside is the lack of phone service. When ordering on a deadline, email correspondence takes way too long for something that can be clarified over the phone in a couple of minutes.
