Tom contacted me via Facebook after I made a post in a local group looking for a locksmith. We arranged a date for the work to be done, Tom arrived on time, quickly found the problem and kept me updated all through the job regarding progress. He replaced my door lock. Pompt arrival, very reasonably priced, all work carried out to a high spec and he cleaned up after the job was done. Tom is pleasant both on the phone and in person. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Very responsive and professional. We had to wait for a part because we have a rare door system and it was over Christmas but he even apologised for the delay. Turned up exactly when he said he would and charged a very fair price. Would use again for sure
