As others have experienced, cold calling during pandemic. Either the management is rotten or the whole organisation is. Feel sorry for the guys having to knock on the door, hope they are being paid for their time and not just commission.

A company representative visited our property today during the covid-19 outbreak. I have a family member who is currently going through chemotherapy so he is a high risk. This didn't mean anything to the salesman and wanted to continue his sales pitch even after being advised.Disgusting company.

Sick to death of the cold cells. When I say I'm not interested they keep on qt me trying to pressure me into something im not wanting to do! Everytime I block their number I get called from another number!Cold calling is unacceptable and shouldn't be done especially with the new GDPR regulations qnd I've asked you to take me off your system!!

I found my experience of don’t waste your money so quick and simple, when the canvassers came to my door I said no at first and was quite happy with my provider. However once I had listened to them they went through everything thoroughly and I soon changed my mind, they couldn’t have been nicer they kept there distance had there face masks on which made me feel at ease as I am in the vulnerable category. I’m still happy with the service they are providing.

A very unprofessional organisation.A new recent manager from India who is upto his eyeballs in pressure.He promises things he can not fulfill.As soon as you walk through the front door you get the feeling of an unorganised work station.Don't expect a warm friendly receptionist because they can not afford one.If your a gentleman it might be a good place to learn from the bottom of the ladder.If your a lady please think twice.

Avoid this scum company. They purchase bulk contact information from third parties and cold call people.They called me yesterday (11 Jan 2021) and asserted they had my consent to do so.Later, I found out this consent was apparently provided when I completed a sweepstakes survey back in July of 2020. The survey website is no longer live and there are reports of alleged spam relating to the survey company.I spoke to their compliance manager, Nick Mangan, via email. He did not like being called a goon in my Trustpilot review and summarily closed off my complaint without fully addressing my outstanding concerns.I understand that DWM have been sending out representatives to visit people at their homes despite the national lockdown. I lack confidence in whether DWM mandate face covering usage or regular COVID-19 testing for their representatives.If you receive a cold call from this company, simply state that you will charge for your time. Set your own rates. Mine are: £10 to connect the call then £10 per minute with a minimum charge of £10 on top of the connection charge.If you want an understanding of how scum companies like DWM operate, see the Channel 4 Dispatches documentary 'How to Stop Nuisance Calls'.

Wouldn't touch them, nor sign up to door to door sales at all, ( savings was 200£ per year) yet my monthly amount dropped by £80pm that's over £960 savings ( total cow boys) and all full of Rubbish! Close the door and hang up.

Cold caller at my door telling me that City Fibre are upgrading the lines on the telegraph poles in my street" and that he needed to "move me over to the fibre network".When asked who he was representing he neglected to tell me he was representing TalkTalk

Sick to death of these keep calling. Each time I block the number it resumes the next day from a different one. Only started after I had my smart meter fitted with Eon. Coincidence how they found my number directly after that, isn't it..!

Don't waste money rip off company. Want money for what, you pay more than you know, should have had a truck, took in one week 54 pounds for nothing like to know why. I PatL iwould like to know why your still taking money out off my account I was supposed to get a refund of you and still your taking money for nothing robbing the poor is not on
