From my first visit to the shop in Huddersfield to the delivery of the kitchen I chose, Wren have been friendly, professional and helpful. I only had a small budget, but was never made to feel anything less than an important and valued customer as I chose the cheapest of everything! I was given repeated opportunities to alter my order if needed before finalising, and everything, from the cabinets and worktops, cooker, hob and sink right down to the handles were excellent quality and look wonderful. The builders who fitted it (I had a lot of other work done at the same time) expressed relief when they knew a Wren kitchen was being delivered - they knew they'd have quality products with very good instructions to work with, I'm delighted, and would highly recommend them.

I had a rather frustrating experience at Wren Kitchen Huddersfield. I visited the store hoping to get information on styles that’ll work in my kitchen I plan to recreate, but the young lady sat near the samples who I hoped to assist me seemed more interested in chatting with her colleague sat on the sofa it seemed than helping customers. Her lack of attention and unhelpfulness left me disappointed and unsure about the product options. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, it fell short during my visit.

We used our own fitter which who was absolutely brilliant. Our kitchen designer Melissa at wrens in Huddersfield was excellent from start to finish. She knew exactly what we wanted and did all she could to make it work. She knew her stuff. She was friendly and down to earth, and had a laugh. Would definitely recommend her.

Good quality kitchen. Wrens surveyor came. Went to showroom for design. Fitter came and said design wouldn't work. Went back for redesign. Fitter excellent, organised for electrician, plasterer, plumber. (Extra fee, reasonable price).Wren kept me updated with emails and courtesy calls. Not cheap but did choose Quartz worktops which look great. Only concern top of floor plinths come not edged which show when integrated washing machine door opened. Concern re water ingress into plinth. Contacted Wren, they don't have edged plinths so it looks unfinished and is likely to get damaged in time. They are arranging for a clear plastic strip to be fitted, not ideal but better than leaving it raw edged. Overall very happy with Wren Kitchens.

The showroom was inviting and Melissa, our kitchen designer was wonderful. She not only made sure we got just want we wanted at a price we could afford, she made the whole experience a pleasure. The first time we visited we were stopped by a couple outside who wanted to tell us what a good experience they had had having just had a kitchen fitted, like them we are now fans of Wren

We had our kitchen designed by Melissa at Wren’s in Huddersfield and would have no hesitation in recommending her to everyone. From the beginning she was really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much effort at all. She was very patient with every slight design change we made. Whilst being professional, Melissa always had a smile on her face and was full of ideas and suggestions to help with our budget, and design tips we wouldn’t have thought of. It never ever felt like a sales pitch, more like sitting with a friend who was helping us to get the very best experience. Thank you Mel, you’re a star!
