Great, friendly and competitively priced.For more years than I care to remember I have suffered with headaches, tension and pain through my neck which would shoot through to the top of my head. It got to the point where it seemed a daily occurrence and I'd learnt to live with it.Unsurprisingly it was my wife that decided enough was enough and got me booked into Ashford Back & Wellness centre (ABW), taking advantage of an offer they have for the first consultation and 2 subsequent treatments - which I believe they still offer.When meeting Simon he took the time to understand where I was feeling the pain and then talked me through what was creating it and the treatment he would administer. I had a spinal scan to show me where the trouble areas were and my treatment began.I very quickly felt relief and as I continue my treatment now, it seems the daily pain and headaches are near enough a thing of the past. With more frequent visits to begin with, I'm now getting close to the stage where only a single monthly appointment will be necessary, which at the competitive cost ABW offer them at (essentially a £1 a day), I have no intention of getting myself back into that pain and tension ever again.If by this point it is at all unclear, I fully recommend ABW and advise at the very least getting yourself in there for the intial consultation and treatments, it has hugely benefited me.

I first came to the centre 6 years ago after suffering dreadful headaches and pain in my left leg. After a scan and a couple of xrays, treatment started and within a few sessions my leg pain disappeared completely and the headaches started to lessen, reducing in severity really quickly and I'm only rarely troubled with them now. I've been really impressed by Simon and the team; the new email appointment reminder is great and having availability after 6pm in the week is a godsend. The whole centre has a very relaxed, welcoming feel to it and everyone is incredibly friendly. I feel so much better for having treatment; my posture is better and because I do a lot of high impact exercise and strength training, it's vital to keep me in working order! Big thanks guys!

I visited Ashford Back & Wellness Centre after suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck. The staff were very professional and friendly, and they diagnosed and treated my condition effectively. I appreciated their good communication, as they sent me emails and texts to confirm and remind me of my appointments. They were also punctual and respectful of my time, and I liked that they had flexible hours to accommodate my work schedule. Everyone at the centre seemed to be very pleasant and happy, and I felt comfortable and cared for. I would highly recommend Ashford Back & Wellness Centre to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care.

I have been a patient of the Back and Wellness Centre for several months now. When I came in I suffered with back and neck pain due to my work/scoliosis/ slipped lower back disk and poor posture. Being very tall didn't help. I started seeing Simon once a week for a few months and now I drop in every 2-3 weeks. Pain has dropped, my posture has improved and I have a better understanding and relationship with my body. I exercise at home to compliment the treatment. I wish I came in years ago. Didn't think I would see this much improvement. Thank you!

Claire Venner - I have been seeing Simon for around 7years. Before, during and after all three of my pregnancies for adjustments and advice. I have always suffered with the odd ‘twinge’ and I am never in any doubt where to go. I visit as little or as often as I need and always leave with a forward care plan and helpful guidance to keep me well and without discomfort. The ladies at the desk are soo lovely and welcoming and very sweet with my three little girls if I need to bring them, after all they have been with me on their entire journey. I even took my 6yr old when she had fallen onto her bed and couldn’t bend forward to put her socks on. Simon saw her that very same day and she was all better ‘magic’.Thank you, see you soon x

During the original lockdown, like so many of us I started working from home but unfortunately without realising I didn’t have the correct equipment to support my posture. About halfway into the pandemic I started getting pains in my back and legs and neck and one night I woke up with an almighty cracking sound coming from my neck. From there onwards I couldn’t walk properly, I was in constant pain, I had vertigo, vision problems, my muscles kept going into spasm in my neck and back and I couldn’t lay down for three whole months and I had to sleep upright in a chair! It was horrendous, and I thought I would never be able to Work again. After speaking to my doctor, they believed I had “Tech Neck” and “Upper Cross Muscle Syndrome” amongst other MSDs and said I would have to wait up to 12 months on the NHS to get some sort of physiotherapy. This was an absolute nightmare and I realised I couldn’t wait. I needed to have treatment of some sort straightaway. so after doing some research, I found Simon’s practice on the Internet and made an appointment. I also suffer from health anxiety and OCD, so find it very difficult to talk about my health. Simon and his staff were absolutely fantastic, they put my mind at ease, explained how everything would be done and managed to book me in an intensive course of treatment. I knew wherever I had my treatment it wouldn’t be a quick fix because I had so many different things that needed to be corrected, but Simon has worked so hard correcting my posture that I am now able to lead a normal life again. I can’t thank him enough for giving me back my independence and I still continue to visit regularly as I can tell when all the muscles in my body need releasing again. I have been seeing Annette for 6 weeks now and I would highly recommend her. I was suffering with a lot of back and neck pain which is slowly receding into the past. Annette has a very friendly manner and makes me feel comfortably during treatment.

This is the first time coming to see Simon , I was very impressed with his professional knowledge. A very laid back atmosphere and felt welcome.And also had a massage on Friday , She made you welcome as had a nice way about her . And such a lovely friendly person I would recommend coming to see them .No aires and graces an all round good team.

I have been going to see Simon here (chiropractor) only for a few months, however thought I would write a review as a testament to the service and care I have recieved. I suffer with bad headaches and have done everyday for the past 2 and a half years. When I first met Simon he instantly took me seriously which made me feel valued and listened too. Not only does he physically treat things, he also invests in finding out about you, which makes every time you visit a personal experience.Before any treatment started we went through the realistic time-frames and also what to expect during the sessions.I was really nervous about having my first adjustments but Simon explained everything he was doing and now it is like second nature to me. My headaches are now less intense and less frequent, a real difference.When I brought my partner and mum with me to the practise, Simon welcomed them in and took the time to explain my treatment to them. They were really grateful about this and often say how professional and very experienced he is.I want to thank the entire team for their continued effort in making me comfortable and in essence, making me well again :)Zoe

I have been going to Ashford back and wellness centre for 2 1/2 years, I suffered badly with my back to the point I couldn't sleep and going here was a last resort when it should have been first option! My back is so much better since going to see Chris, I've gone from going twice a week at the start to once a month just keep my back perfect. Everyone here is so friendly and know who you are as soon as you walk through the door. I strongly recommend going here, I have to some friends who now go here when they have any issues
