Furniture Village - Telford

We found our perfect sofa at Furniture Village. It was great to see Tony again and his product knowledge and customer service was first class. The process was explained in detail and we look forward to getting our new corner sofa once our house move is complete.

We visited Furniture Village on Saturday morning and were met by Tony. He was extremely helpful and listened to our requirements, including the price range we were looking within. We did not feel rushed and were given a cup of tea and biscuits, which was appreciated as we were heading close to lunch time. We successfully purchased a bed and dining table and were very pleased with the decisions we made and the support we received to get us there.

Tony was an amazing consultant, took the time to go over our needs and all our options. Was very attentive and even got a lovely hot chocolate and went to the trouble of cooking us fresh cookies! Just fantastic customer service and felt valued as a customer with no pressure.

Well we went in just to try out sofas not expecting to buy anything just yet .Well sales person Morgan was really nice ,didn't come over pushy just commented on you can get this in different colours" about the sofa/recliner chair we were chilling out on .Well thank you very much Morgan you managed to sale us the first one we tried out (Touch armchair recliner and 2seater sofa ) looking forward to it arriving in couple weeks time"

What great sales service. Shopping for a two new chairs was an absolute pleasure with the advice and help from Will H at your Telford store. Finding a chair that specifically meets my needs due to a disability is always tricky and not something I was relishing. But Will guided me around the showroom advising me to save energy by not sitting down continuously in chairs that would not be right for me.There was no pressure to buy, the whole process was a relaxed, professional and knowledgeable experience. It was clear that Will knew his products. What an asset he is to Furniture Village, and what patience he showed whilst we dilly and dallied over fabric choices.We were so impressed with the quality and comfort of the Zen range that we decided to upgrade our sofa too!The warm cookies were a sales clincher ;)

We visited Furniture Village Telford on Saturday after first phoning to see if we could take our dog. They were very accommodating and greeted us at the door, having remembered our phone call.The store had a great selection of furniture and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality, having never been before.Whilst we were browsing sofas, Jayne approached us and offered us refreshments (including water for our dog). She was remarkably astute at knowing when to give us time to try out the furniture, without being pushy. She had a good knowledge of the features of the suite that we were interested in, including fabrics and options for combinations of sofas and chairs that might work for us. She answered all of our questions and offered suggestions for alternatives in similar styles, having gleaned an excellent understanding of what we were looking for.We are not usually big shoppers, but our experience at the Telford branch was fantastic. It reminded us of all the positive reasons to shop in person rather than on the internet; amazing customer care (friendly, helpful staff, who go the extra mile), instant feedback for questions, and the opportunity to see and try out goods before purchase, so you actually know what you are getting!We do need additional items of furniture and as a result of our amazingly positive customer experience, the selection, quality and very reasonable pricing of the furniture, Furniture Village Telford will be our first port of call.
