Generally a fan of the gear but was recently disappointed in a recent purchase.The feedback here is intended to be constructive and factual.Placed order, paid the delivery fees. Several days later, received email saying “your item has been delivered”. However, no sign of it.Checked with neighbours, checked wheelie bins, checked behind garden gate. Nothing.Checked the online tracking details. Allconfirmed as “delivered” at 1600hrs on 25th March (when I was actually at home). There was no attempt at delivery.Got in touch with Elite Pro Sports who, after a few gentle nudges for updates, finally confirmed that it had been “scanned as delivered in error”. My perception was that this was a bit fishy.I cancelled the entire order, primarily out of principle. For a fiver in standard delivery, I would expect impeccable delivery and not what I actually experienced….which put a bit of a shady spin on the overall shopping experience.Hoping the feedback is of use to the business and future customers….be wary of delivery performance. Well below par on this occasion.————Update to this reveiw, 29.Nov 237 mths after this review, I placed another order for a rugby league jersey and paid the £4.99 postage.Around a week later, the delivery arrived. Completely wrong jersey.I’ll always give credit where it is due, but ordering online from these guys is, very sadly, a risk. I love Rugby League, and their gear is decent….but I’ve simply not had any successful deliveries from them. It’s so frustrating.My ‘constructive’ advice would be to steer your purchases of sports gear to someone else.

I ordered 3 shirts from this company and there was an issue with there computer system the night I made the order... I emailed the company after my products didn't arrive and they responded very quickly. Resolved the issue and refunded me my postage and gave me free postage on my next order. Great response... Will definitely re-visit

Possibly the worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with, shame you can't give less than one star. First order was personalised items and the website said delivery within 5-7 days. Emailed them after 7 days with no reply, and the next day the website had been update to say 8-10 days. When the order arrived the sizes were wrong. Through all of this i tried to contact via a form on their website, facebook, twitter and email, all with no reponse. 2nd order was for an away top for my son for christmas, they sent the the home top, and now the away top is out of stock so mynson will not be getting the top he wanted for xmas. Guess i should have learnt from my first experience. AVOID this company at all costs. I have contacted the team we support, as this company is representing them online to supporters and this is not the way to treat them.

Great for everything Doncaster Rovers just a shame they refuse cash.I went in to buy 3 lots of kits for the kids and a coat for the missus but they wouldn’t take my money.I have always preferred cash over card because it’s the way it’s always been for me. Plus I know where I am that way and what I can and can’t spend. But not good enough here.So sorry if my money isn’t good enough then I’ll leave it thank you.

Appalling service, buyers beware.Having placed an order, had it confirmed and then received an email saying it had been dispatched, I chased up when the delivery time had exceeded and no order received. Eventually told on email yesterday (as they won't show a tel no, even to the club shop staff) that they were out of stock and that a refund would be made.Rubbish response when the order was for a youngster's birthday present today.Even the club store was embarrassed by such poor service.

I re ordered a item from your online store this time a Grey team Hoodie. And low and behold it's been another week and still I haven't received my order or even any communication regarding this. I was highly dissapointed and let down a month or so ago when I placed an order. And its happened yet again. I've not only been out of pocket but I haven't even received my item. And I'm going to guess the reason is due to a system error like last time?I have made this publicly know and advised people not to order, and to my surprise several people have had issues also. Completely let down by such a shocking service.I'll be letting the online shopping regulators know to avoid this website, and I shall be reporting it as a scam site also. I have contacted my bank and raised a payment dispute. Diabolical service.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order on 20th November and it arrived today with one item missing and a little note attached to tell me that my item is out of stock and therefore I would receive a refund in 5 days. This is 10 days before Christmas! I knew there was a delay because they were waiting on an item and I can't fault the team for responding promptly to my emails however theyshould not of sold me something thatWasn't in stock. I have spoken to a few Salopians who have had a variety of different issues regarding orders from this shop. Don't get me wrong the items I have received are great but I am missing the main item which is the Shrewsbury Town home kit. I shouldn't have had to wait this long to find this out. A discount code for free delivery next time is a kick in the teeth to be honest. I am not one to usually moan I get its a busy time of year etc but I would avoid this company to save disappointment.

Took 3 weeks to dispatch my shirt, or at least they sent me a dispatch notice but they've now refunded me with no reason given so I'm guessing it's cancelled.Useless would be an improvement for them

Ordered 3 items and paid for express shipping. Nearly a week later it finally arrived, missing 1 top but there's a scrap of paper in the bottom of the bag saying its out of stock.No invoice in one package, and the other package, the item wasn't packaged, just thrown in the delivery bag, useless

Ordered one item and paid extra for express delivery, supposed to be 1-3 days. Item was then not even shipped for well over a week. Item was good quality and as described so happy with that, shame about the delay when we had paid extra for quick delivery. The item was a birthday present for a young child who was left disappointed when it did not arrive on time.
