Jacqui was very patient in explaining the precautions to be taken after the injection, and was very gentle during the injection process, so I hardly felt any pain. When I was nervous, she helped me to relax. There will also be a special Chinese post-operative care notes, super sweet!

I have received a number of different treatments form Jacqui, including anti wrinkle treatment on my face and underarm injections to prevent sweating amongst others. Jacqui is exceptionally knowledgeable regarding all the treatments I have received, and its very reassuring to see her many professional certificates on the wall within her clinic. I also like the fact that Jacqui shows you the product she is using (codes on bottle for anti wrinkle treatments etc) so that you know its the real thing, and not a cheaper substitute. Jacqui is very warm and professional and makes you feel so at ease, and also takes her time so I did not feel rushed. There is also parking directly outside the clinic which is really handy.
