Twizted Tailz Dog Grooming

I was as anxious as my dog about her getting her nails trimmed for the first time, as she's a nervous rescue and I wasn't sure how she'd react! Shelly went above and beyond, first coming to us and then adapting the plan when Juno was too anxious at home. She took her to her salon to do it there, which went very smoothly. I was so shocked when Shelly was back less than 15 minutes later and told me it all went well! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shelly for your dog grooming requirements, even if you have an anxious dog like we do she will know just what to do ☺️

The whole experience from start to finish was very easy, organised and efficient. Shelly is very friendly and comes across that she loves her work. Our two pugs got lots of love and care, they came back from their little pampering session very excited and looking a lot sharper and smelling great. We will be using Twizted Tails regularly from now on and would recommend them to any dog owner in the area .

I have only just started using Shelly and would highly recommend her. From my initial enquiry to returning our 16 yr old Golden Lab, I really can’t fault her professionalism. Shelly very polite and caring towards my pup. She took her away and returned her after having bath blow dry nails clipped. Very happy with the service Shelly gave me. My puppy came back happy and with some treats. Would recommend to anyone.5 * service. Thank you.

I have been looking for a good groomer for a long time and it would seem that I have now found one. Shelly is the nicest person and my dogs think so too. No sign of stress when they were picked up and the same when they returned looking gorgeous. Next appointment booked. An A1 GROOMER.

We are so happy with the service, all booking easily arranged over WhatsApp messages. Shelly was prompt coming back to us regarding it was Sunday afternoon. Turned up earlier on day our dog had grooming booked and despite our dog is normally nervous, Shelly did a wonderful job.

We have loved Harry's new haircut and wash. He was hand stripped which involved two trips (one to strip and one to wash) and he was happy to go both times. Harry can be nervous when getting cut, but Shelley handled him perfectly so that he happily trotted up to her on his second visit. Would highly recommend!
