Not being able to work without my car it was very important that I got it fixed as soon as possible. Mick was very busy when I called but still went out of his way to help me. Couldn't have asked for better service. Would recommend.

Great service. Thanks Mick. We lost our exhaust coming up to visit family. Arrived at 4pm. New exhaust and work done by 10am the next morning. Plus he loaned us a courtesy car ad well. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely use again if we still lived in the area. Will definitely recommend to family and will take my step father's car there next time the mot is due.

Mick was wonderfully helpful and very reasonably priced when I found myself in a pickle with my vehicle whilst in Stoke. He was a genuinely kind chap, a pleasant reminder that there are good people out there. He had my car sorted within no time and had me on my way. I am very grateful for his assistance. We contacted Mick on a Saturday morning when we had a serious issues with our brakes whilst a very long way from home. He really saved our bacon sourcing parts for our car and fitting us in to his day last minute and even providing us with a courtesy vehicle so we could continue with our day. A really super top bloke that put himself out to help us in our hour of need and very reasonably priced can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Mick

Let me start off by saying I can’t possibly fit all the good things I have to say about Mick in just one review.Collected my car on a weekend after a Ford dealer failed me, and with very little information from the previous person to look at it, quickly stripped down and found the issues with my engine.Mick rebuilt the engine, and replaced what was needed to get the engine back up and running perfectly, and what I have no doubt will be reliably for years to come.I got the car back in perfect condition, and the engine runs and sounds better than it ever has, even from new. Car was even washed and cleaned, fully checked, and the repairs guaranteed – all for a fraction of the cost of what the main dealer was asking to swap out an engine that evidently was repairable.It's a breath of fresh air to find a mechanic who actually knows about what they’re working on, who is willing to repair what’s there rather than unnecessarily replacing the entire engine, and someone who clearly has great pride in their work. Mick is what all other mechanics should aspire to be like, and I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you again, chuffed with the work that was done.- Mike

I do not recommend this garage. Used this garage in the past and been ok but a bit pricey. Likes to give the impression he's busy but reliably informed he's frequently in the wrights pie shop in Longton. Will give a price but then tries to inflate the price half way through a job. Charges for work you haven't asked him to do or he hasn't rung to ask for approval to do. Used to have guys working for him but they don't seem to be there now.

I definitely see now why Mick has got so many 5 star reviews. Our car had broken down on holiday and he fitted us in on short notice on new years eve and fixed our exhaust quickly at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended and our relatives who live in the area have asked for his contact details based on our positive experience.Thanks so much Mick, we really appreciate your help!Hannah
