If I've below than 0 I would like to give them. They are bunch of jokers. AA who clearly know them took me to them my car cam belt was snapped and he give me a price of £1980 to fix it, after waiting month and half, Indian guy told me the belt snapped again while having a test drive and they asked me to pay £1980 to take car from the garage. This is not India guys there is some rules and principles. I've reported this matter to relevant authorities and will take it from there. Stay away from them.

We have used this garage a few times and I cannot recommend them enough. As a woman going in on my own sometimes and having no knowledge of cars I feel safe in the knowledge that I’m being looked after well.

Excellent attitude to work, very friendly staff. I had an alignment done on the front of my focus mk2 and was told I can go back if the steering needed a tweak, I did so and they were happy to help. All this on a Sunday, wow... Needles to say I'm very pleased with the service and i will be using them again in the future. I didn't catch the guy's name at the Crawley branch but thank you again 5*

Excellent service and fitted tyres in 45 minsIncluding wheel balance and tracking.Cost very competitive.What struck me was the friendly approach and the professional service.The car drives straight and sure on the road. Also very smooth.

Asked to check my engine light issue, gave clear instructions on the issue to avoid 3rd diagnosis from 3rd mechanic. Diagnosis cost £108, way too much and no clear indiciation prior when he saif it would br arlund £60, when i questioned he came from the back angry and with a high tone. Not how you deal with customers.!!shittt customer service

Uday and the guys at Simply-fix are amazing! We had an unexpected emergency with our car at Gatwick Airport as we were going on holiday. They collected the car from the airport car park, sorted the problem and stored the car for us until our return! Amazing service, kept us informed of the situation and the price was very reasonable too. Would 100% recommend this garage. Thanks guys!
