We just knew straight away that this stunning and intimate rural venue was perfect for our wedding. Right from our first visit Hannah and the team were friendly and keen to find out what was important to us to make the day our own. They had helpful ideas for décor and suppliers. We had a late autumn wedding with festive and rustic touches and a traditional roast dinner served on sharing platters in a fairy-lit marquee. Holford is a beautiful venue to get married. It allows you to be creative and express your selves in your own way and this is what made it perfect for us. We knew it was the place for us the second we stepped in that amazing barn. It has so much character whilst still being modern. Hannah is the best and helped make our day perfect. My family and friends all had commented what amazing staff they have. It was really lovely that Frances took the time to show my god daughter the horses aswell. Food from their caterers is also amazing, well fed happy guests!

Beautiful wedding venue and landscape.

We had such a truly amazing day at the Holford Estate on Saturday. The venue is stunning and I cannot imagine my daughters wedding being held anywhere else. Everybody was so helpful.Memories that will last forever

Where do I start?! My husband and I got married at THE in July 2022 and from the very moment we walked into the place, we knew it was the right one for us. We didn’t want to be somewhere where we were “shipped in and shipped out” which so many wedding venues do nowadays to get the most money, but instead the whole experience was extremely relaxing and took care of my stress levels. The gardens are genuinely beautiful and every care is taken into making sure your day is perfect. We also highly recommend hiring out The Mill at the bottom of the drive as my bridal party and I got ready there on the morning of and family stayed over the night of the wedding, we then had a gathering the next day and has the Mill until 6pm. We also had it from 2pm the day before the wedding to ensure we had everything in place that we needed. Hannah is just EXCEPTIONAL (she is the events manager) and every care is taken in what she does. She’s extremely organised and so so lovely - she was very reassuring when I’d message her in a panic about various things and she bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we wanted. The venue is just beautiful too. It’s so much better in person and live on the day! Other things that attracted us to the place was that there were no hidden costs. We didn’t have to pay for loads of extras that we felt were standard such as lighting, dressing the tables, crockery etc. We paid for the hire of napkins because I wanted a particular colour but this was through the catering company. Everyone always tells me how amazing the wedding was and that it was their favourite venue. The fact that they do cocktails was also a massive draw for me as many places don’t do them either and my friends and I are big cocktail drinkers!! Everything was perfect and it all ran so smoothly. I honestly can’t thank them enough for making our day more than we’d ever hoped for!

From day one, Hannah and Jacky have been so welcoming and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. Anything we needed or any queries we had, they were there. With all the changes due to Covid19, they were so supportive and everything was sorted. On they day, Connie, Sarah & Joe were incredible. Do yourselves a favour and book THE, for a stress free perfect wedding! With the most amaing team and venue, you won't regret it! Thank you THE, love Sarah & Gareth Lennard xx

We had our wedding at T.H.E in Summer 2018 and we had the best experience. The advice and help they gave us to eliminate stress on our wedding day was impeccable. It made our wedding planning a joy and an ease free process. The venue was superb and the plans they had at T.H.E for the future were exciting. We plan to return to T.H.E for another celebration in the future. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough.
