He came to install a toilet for me, was very messy and not very polite. I thought I could smell alcohol on him still, his pupils was severely dilated and was arguing on the phone swearing and shouting

Wayne has done several plumbing jobs for me - replacement taps, and sorting out two WC's which were overflowing. I have always found him friendly, pleasant and easy to deal with. His work is good, and I think he charges very fairly.
