FedEx Station

Ordered a small wallet, to be delivered by this depot around 37 miles away. Got an email saying my item would be here yesterday by 18:00. Got another update at 17:45 that the package was back at the depot at 18:42 and then another email at 18:00 saying Local delivery restriction – Delivery not attempted". Looks like FedEx can time travel

They lost my parcel

They sorted out a package that was out for delivery but no one was in. Although it was a Friday, they made sure that the important package was waiting for us Monday morning before my parents were going away. Staff were amazing

Spoke to the Operations Manager at Ramsbottom who was extremely helpful. We always use TNT and as it was getting late in the day I wondered if our collection would be made. The Ops manager was extremely courteous, professional and a credit to the organisation. Thanks.

They keep sending me a VAT invoice that I don't owe. I have emailed them 5 times over two months - no response. Phones not answered. They just keep sending me overdue notices - an absolute disgrace of an institution

Absolutely appalling customer service, its like the staff both call centre and at the depot specialise in how not to be helpful. Zero effort to attempt to assist. Just shrugged shoulders and blank expressions when asked questions. Absolutely infuriating - actually wanted to hit something after dealing with them. All the little mission statements scattered around your website do NOT match the customer service that's actually provided, or lack of service should I say. One of our Dedicated customer service team" - dedicated to what? Pissing you off.... 5 stars on that one TNT!"

Unbelievable service. Collection was arranged on Wednesday for next day delivery and I will get my pallet on Monday.I contact TNT help line on Saturday morning to get some info about my delivery. They said that driver attend on Wednesday to pickup item but he couldn't because it was heavy pallet.Then driver said that on Thursday pallet wasn't ready. Does that make sense? At the end they said that they don't know where is my pallet now because it wasn't scanned anywhere at they depots but said that I will get it till Monday evening.Then I called my local depot and they said that this pallet is on one of delivery trucks in depot but I can't pick up it today by myself because truck sealed and they will drop this pallet on Monday afternoon.Waste of time and money.

Parcel lost in Belgium, found and sent uk.Driver attempted to deliver, but no card left, despite app saying he had. Ment I had to ring round and a 15 mile trip to pick up. See how next delivery goes on Friday.....update then

Rubbish customer service. Parcel handed to another address with no card to tell me where it was. Rang up to check the call handler was rude and then refused to help.
