Great service

St Jude's a supportive and encouraging environment for people with learning difficulties I know this as I was employed by them for a few months

account manager is a liar, i called her so many times she doesn't answer call and she did not reply my email. every time i call she pretends that she doesn't hear me and when i call her back she simply doesn't answer my call. i have been requesting to have a account ....... very disgusting service, nobody helpful in the office ......

Really shameful experience. For years we have had ongoing problems with laundry being returned virtually unwashed and creased. Attempts at communicating with the manager to resolve the issue were to no avail with the manager actually blocking our housekeepers phone number to avoid talking to her. Having advised that we were no longer going to pay for laundry which had to be rewashed and re-ironed they pursued for unpaid bills". Appalling customer service and even worse management."

i dislike writing negative reviews, but it is important in this case. st Jude's has *extremely* poor customer service, the account manager (the main point of contact for customers) is rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to manage customer accounts.Washing comes back dirty on a frequent basis which is then having to be rewashed in domestic washing machines (which removes said stains without an issue).
