Disappointing customer service - I initially attended an appointment for root touch up on root growth. During this appointment the stylist applied bleach to my roots left it on for 45 minutes without checking in between, when she came back my hair had lifted way too high. The stylist then went ahead and selected a toner which we had previously agreed not to use on my hair. She told me it was my usual toner but not to worry that it was a different colour as that was due to her using a different developer. Once my hair appointment was finished she had turned my entire head of hair a brown colour with streaks of silver/blue hair and it was glaringly obvious that not enough hair at my roots had been picked up to be bleached as I still had a harsh root growth line. I voiced my disappointment and was invited back to the salon for a clarifying shampoo but no action was taken to remedy the overall colour of my hair and root growth line. I was invited back again and was told they would need to re bleach my hair to try and rectify the mistakes but I declined on the basis that my hair was extremely damaged by this point. After some initial push back I was only offered a refund for my colour only and since the appointment I’ve lost roughly half the amount of hair that I had. Molly.

All the stylists I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable, and of course did a great job with my hair. Everything was very clean!

I had a great experience at Dfine today with Josie. I love my new hair style. The whole experience was lovely, really nice staff and they made me an amazing coffee as I waited for my daughter to have her hair cut also. My daughter had Tiff to cut her hair and it looks amazing. I look forward to seeing you soon for my hair colour. Thank you.

Welcoming and friendly. Dfine is a clean, tidy establishment. Plenty of room and comfortable. Whichever hairstylist has cut my hair, has done so well and listens to what my needs are, rather than go rogue.

Have been to Dfine twice now, absolutely brilliant! Friendly and welcoming and I was very happy with the wash and cut Gemma gave me. Highly recommended!
