The staff was very friendly, the price was fine and I really appreciate they had charged the battery of the hybrid car we rented, so we used almost no fuel. I can absolutely recommend this company!!

Brilliant. Met us off the ferry at the terminal. The paperwork took 3 minutes and the car was in the terminal car park. We booked the smallest car and were given a Kia Picanto with less than 5000m on the clock - it's not going to win any races but it took the two of us around the island with no bother. The young lady who dealt with us was really professional.

The most hassle-free car hire I've ever used and the only one I'm happy to rate 5 stars.Booking is as easy as an email.2 minutes to fill in a form at the airport and you've got the keys.Returning is as easy as throwing the keys at them.I wish all rental places were like this.

Only commenting on fuel pumps. Automated, 24hr and fast delivery by Shetland standards, price always fair for area. Red and paraffin pumps for commercial users, staff friendly when you go in to sign for these. Only downside is fuel often on pump handles and there is no gloves/wipes.

Top service, incredibly friendly staff and reasonable prices.My stay in Shetland was cut short due to adverse weather, they were very kind to amend my last minute order to accommodate my needs. They also offered to me that it was not necessary to refuel and no handling charges would be made. So that I could make the most of it in Shetland. Brilliant!
