I visited as an emergency, and left later with arrangements in place to correct the problem. Mr Waheed explained everything and the experience was calming and so helpful.

Disgraceful! After my daughter had waited a year for trestment we were referred here for treatment.Never mind the travel from where we live or time off work to enable the trip we arrived to be told no you are cancelled! Allegedly a text was sent, its never arrived but a courtesy phone call/ letter would have been appreciated!Never again!!No apology either!Don

I have been with this practice for many years. The service and treatment I have had over the years has always been excellent.

Got to my appointment to have braces today but they had cancelled it without even notifying us. Very frustrating as we had came from Bury St Edmunds to get here, not even an apology!

The new orthodontist is horribly rude. Was told I'll never have straight teeth and they can't do anything. Left the orthodontist shocked and appalled. They said it was the language barrier- it's not. This orthodontist should not be working here.

This practice has always had lovely people working there but unfortunately the new orthodontist was extremely rude and has completely let the practise down ,I'm actually left in shock at how I was spoken to. I let the management know to which they apologized and said that it was a lamguage barrier thing and not to take it to heart , there is no excuse for how she had spoken to us. After there being a long wait of no orthodontist and numerous cancelled appointments my daughter finally got seen today to be told they can't do anything as my daughters teeth had got worse due to the time she hadnt been seen , and will refer her to the hospital in which iv now had a text to show the status of the referral which says it's over 2 years minimum wait where by that time my daughter will then be over 18 and possibly not be able to have NHS treatment . The orthodontist clearly couldn't be bothered to carry out the work on my daughters teeth.

I've been with the dental surgery for a few years and think it's a well run and organised professional practice. The staff are very friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone .

This dentistry provides extremely poor service. I have had Several cancelled appointments with no notice given - Having Driven large distance for hours just to be told appointment is cancelled - multiple times. On more than one occasion they claim they had sent a letter, of which no letter was ever sent. This is therefore a lie to cover their inadequacy. The main issue is that I have been receiving dental service for multiple years and no progress has been made. This is due to negligent care and constant changing of staff. Overall it is an extremely poor and painful experience, with what seems to be badly trained staff who seem to frequently quit the job. I have had over 4 dental staff assigned to me over 5 years (due to them leaving frequently) and the desired outcome has not been reached. Poor service. Poor communication. Poor dentistry.
