Best medical centre. Everyone is so professional, polite and patient. Special thanks to Dr Taylor, Dr Sharma, Dr Briggs, Fiona, Ruth, Alison and the lovely reception staff. Keep up the brilliant work.

Excellent service every time I’ve used them for myself and my kids. As with any other practice, it can sometimes be difficult to get through to make an appointment on the phone but you can book one for the following day which wasn’t allowed at my previous GP. Great Drs and nurses.

I have been with Bracondale for a good few years. I have had admiration for all the staff, doctors, nurse Ruth andreceptionists until today.We seem now to have a robotic receptionist who will not listen to you in any way whatsoever.I tried my best to ask for a telephone appointment which would have suited my predicament, would she listen, NO.

Nurses and Doctors are great but utterly terrible reception staff. Always a long wait on the phone to speak to anyone 1h+

Since moving to the area and practice 5 years ago - I have been nothing but impressed by the care and support given by the practice. In these times where the NHS is so stretched, the team are always supportive, caring and easy to contact.This has been matched with a positive experience when care or advice has been needed by myself or my family.Dr Firth and his team really are a credit to the NHS and in these difficult times really do embody the principles set out regarding high quality care when it is needed.I’d also like to complement the fantastic admin and reception staff - always helpful and incredibly proactive - something I haven’t seen from other surgeries in other parts of the country.Well done Bracondale - you really have set the bar for other practices in the area.

Terrible. I was laughed at by one Doctor, refused a diagnosis by another yet still threatened with social service involvement, forcing my daughter to move away on 12 hours notice traumatising both of us. Disgusting treatment of mental health patients and their families. Made everything worse rather than better. Set my life back months. AVOID.

When we took over the care of my brother nearly 8 years ago, we didn’t realise what a journey it would be. Whilst on that journey, we have always been able to count on the support and kindness from everyone at Bracondale, from the always-courteous receptionists, the blood-samplers to the doctors, everyone has aways been so patient and kind to my him. Even though he could be a little stubborn at times he was always treated with respect. It is staffed by a wonderful group of people and we will be forever grateful for their suport.
