Dad been here for 6 years quite happy staff very friendly if any problems just tell them soon sorted out

Went 2 visit Mom 2day n she had jam all over her nightie n bedcovers. There was bread n stuff all over the floor. We had 2 clean up 1st b4 chatting 2 mom. Looks like they'd just given her bread n jam 4 breakfast bearing in mind she has assisted feeding due 2 impaired vision. When dinner arrived at 12.45 it looked very nice but was clot cold! It usually arrives at 12 so can only assume it had bn on trolley 45mins. Her room was cold n no heating on, the corridor was warmer. Not a happy visit 2day, very disappointed.

My partner has been at Ascot Lodge since late March 2021 during this terrible covid-19 pandemic, the staff have been exceptional in looking after her through what has been a never before situation that anyone has experienced, all I can say is thankyou and please continue to do a very difficult job.
