New manager and staff are lovely

Made an order from Uber eats which had two bag full groceries. They just delivered one bag. When I called the ship guy, initially that particular person told me this will never happen and I was trying to trick them. Later he understood he actually forgot to give one bag to the delivery guy. Still he refused to get it delivered even though it was his mistake and advised me to call Uber eats and sort things out. In the end I had to drive myself 10 miles up and down just to collect my bag full which I had already paid the delivery fee. Pathetic customer service. Never buying or recommending to anyone!!!

Not impressed to find it closed @ 6pm (on a Saturday) when should be open till 10pm. By reading through other reviews, seems this isn't the first time you've been closed when should be open on a Saturday!

Whoever reviewed how amazing this shop is obviously had no idea what goes on in their, yes the people serving are friendly but also fraudsters, my sister went in there the other day to get 2 packs of fags Richmond superkings and sterling bursts" 10 each

Manager is rude and distracts staff when trying to serve customers. Face masks not worn properly if at all. Few staff I know and are friendly but the other few are rude and lack massively in customer service!

The idiot who got banned for kicking off in the comment below deserved it by the looks of it. This is the best shop I know the staff are HONEST, friendly , helpful and funny they always go the extra mile . They will go out of their way to get to know you and let you know about the deals . So I guess the moral of the story for Mr Taylor (the plonker who can't count his change and leaves a bad review or his family member has half inched his change and didn't tell him they bought a cheeky Mars bar) is if you want a happy friendly shop go to the one stop chepstow road .
