Special curry had very little meat and no shrimps. Extremely salty. Took almost 90 minutes to arrive.I was charged 3 pounds for rice but I see now it should come free with boiled rice.I have been eating in this takeaway since I was a very young child.I will never eat here again. Shame on you.

I ordered on behalf of a family member as they were unwell and once jade garden found out where the order was for they were very rude and disrespectful. The lady on the phone was talking to someone in the kitchen and I heard everything that was being said. My family are very quiet respectful people and to hear someone be rude about them and towards them is unacceptable.While on the phone I let it go and continued with the order but on reflection I should of spoke up. Once I ended my call I spoke to my family and they confirmed that's how staff at this takeaway talk to them.If you don't want someone's custom don't take their order! More importantly don't be rude about them on the phone!That being said the order did arrive and it was good quality. Your customer service/interaction needs alot of improvement.

We ordered on Wednesday night and the food didn't take that long to get here and the chips where nice but they forgot the chicken, we reordered the chicken and it came back as my stepdad ate all of them and in the last one he looked inside the chicken to see its all pink fast forward two days he now has food poisoning. Don't trust this place

If i could give no stars i would ! We waited 2 hours for our food , it turned up with things missing and we were told we could have a free dish next time ! That doesn't exactly help this evening. Our noodles were over cooked and slimey, our beef with green peppers was 80% liquid and onions , our chips were raw. Absolutely disgusting, will not be using them again!

Horrible! We thought as 3 years had passed since or previous bad experience of this place, we'd try them again. Their food is horrible, and poor quality. The Chinese curry resembles the oil that comes out of a fryer when it's changed but with spices floating in it (and a little meat). The prawn crackers were stale and not crispy. You could have squeezed the oil out of the egg fried rice and fried another ton of it.... it was so oily! The chips were decent though.... but, sadly all we were able to eat!

Phoned Saturday evening they said 90mims delivery or 15 collection due to being a driver down. Ambled in, good food, hot, on time and tasted great. Honest service, nice food and pleasant service. Thank you :)

Waited 1 hour 50 mins for a delivery via Just Eat. Worst customer experience ever - ruined our evening. Despite several phone calls with the restaurant - first one straight after the order saying delivery would be within one hour, then two more promising 10 minutes - we finally had to admit defeat and cancel. Really awful service, and experience. Also they were very rude on the phone, shouting and screaming. And that was when they bothered to answer the phone. Will never ever use again. Outrageous. Avoid!!

Disappointing! Ordered home delivery but the mushroom chow mein was so salty I couldn’t finish it. The prawns were tough, the spring rolls weren’t very crispy and it was 20 minutes later than it said would be. Will not use again.
