Symphony Coatings Park Royal

Was a customer here for around 4 years. There used to be customer service here but it seems all but gone. Still fast delivery, but it is all there is. All they can do here is argue and escalate not resolve issues...Bought 10Liters of top coat and 5 hardener. by mixing 2:1 got around 2L hardener left when it should have been equal. There was just over half a can of paint in each can. It has never been that bad. Customer service tried to convince me that this is how it needs to be. I have bought various products from them before and they always are full almost to the top. Really disappointing.To anyone new and old coming here I would recommend to bring scales along, just to check if you are getting what you have paid for.
