Excellent shopping experience even better now it has self service saves waiting behind trollys

Great local Aldi to me, well stocked,friendly staff,its clear to see that this store has grown since its arrival, the car park is very rarely empty these days, compared to its 1st year, i love the new addition of self checkouts, it really has sped the daily shop up.Good call Aldi.

Decent quality products, reasonable prices, fab customer service, lovely people serving you. Always enjoy shopping here.

Love this place. Just don't love all the pallets and cages all over the shopfloor that have to be navigated around as I shop

Good store - very much like the others... Friendly, helpful staff, decent carpark, and good produce in there.

It was so cold in this store both myself and daughter felt ill. Surely it is a health and safety issue to have the store around the freezer area so cold. It makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience.

Miserable staff who get paid to linger and profile regular customers. Literally closed all the tills beforehand so obviously I had to use self scan - only to have no less than 4 employees AND the security guard line up to watch me scan 5 items. If they can't trust the customers to scan their items then maybe they should open a damn till. No one else there had this treatment when I came in, but why should they - they have a different complexion. The security guard was the only nice one out of the lot. The rest will be turnover soon enough - disgusting way to be treated this day and age and in an area like Willenhall, its a outdated joke. Funny thing was, while they were staring at me trying not to make off with 3 jars of pasta sauce - some white guy came and stole a bike out of the parking lot - go figure!

Always a pleasant shopping experience. Never a problem with staff. Occasionally things shown online aren't available in this store. Only my preferred kitchen roll sticks out in my mind. Always look forward to visiting this store.

A brilliant place to come and shop especially during the weekday when it is quite. Although it seemed very busy friday morning. The car park is huge so no issues finding a car parking space. There are signs that say limited to 1.5 hrs but I'm not sure how this is enforced as no ANPR cameras on entry / exit. Bus stops opposite the store ( 529 / X529 ) if you prefer to use public transport. Nice clean store with an area for sanitising your hands / basket / trolley before you shop. As with all these supermarkets good idea to wear a mask as enclosed space. They have everything you could ever need from fruit and veg, bakery products, cleaning and everything in between. Most of the prices are much cheaper than the 4 big super markets " with the the odd item that isn't

I used to enjoy shopping here but they recently got some new staff that are rude and disrespectful.There is one who has a big smelly mouth and is very rude and loud.She is normally on the till and I heard her laughing and talking loudly about some of the customers. She was on shift this week on Wednesday.I think you need to do some supervisions and get rid of them whilst they are on probation.
