Super nice guy, was very helpful when i dropped pepsi all over my phone, he was very affordable and very quick turnaround on sorting my phone out, fixed my airpod on the house too, highly recommend!

Highly recommend! My phone was completely smashed, honestly didn’t think it could have been fixed. However, I brought it in and within a day it was fixed. I was completely shocked, looked like a brand new phone. Great prices and amazing customer service.

Really poor customer service. Bought a new boxed Nokia brick phone. The speaker did not work unless you spoke to the base of the phone and had it on hands free. They avvussed of dropping the phone and breaking it. Left the phone on the counter with no refund. Disgusting!

First class service. Snappy phone pickup, straight down there, repair within the hour, absolutely no fuss. Mobile charge port was damaged and the phone was fixed with no delay. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Both people I dealt with were polite, efficient and helpful.

Paid £50 to put a dodgy screen on my iphone which broke after a few days. The man refused to change it when i took it back and claimed it wasnt his fault the screen wasnt working. Service and staff both equally as poor as each other. Avoid

A friend of mine needed a phone repaired so I thought I’d try this place,I read the Google reviews and still thought I’d give it a try.I should have turned away at the door which wouldn’t open because it needs repair and scrapes on the floor making it difficult to open, if a business won’t repair the one and only customer entrance It’s indicative of what they think of the customer and the impression they give that customer.So proceeded anyway giving them benefit of the doubt and I took my friend’s Samsung Note 4 to have the charging port repaired.I was quoted £30.00 for the repair which I was happy to pay and left the phone with them, they took my name and contact number.Approximately 2 weeks later no call to say the phone was ready or anything else I called in to ask about progress of the repair but the original staff member who’d taken the phone for repair wasn’t there and no one else knew anything about the matter and I was asked to return on another day when he would be so i could find out what was going on.I returned about a week later when my work situation would allow when the original staff was there and he said the phone was ready and repaired, he demonstrated the phone was now charging by plugging it in using his Alexa USB charger on which it appeared to be fine, I happily paid the £30 plus 6p for payment by debit card and took the phone home and plugged it in to charge fully using it’s original charger and the phone wouldn’t charge I tried a different charger and lead and it wouldn’t charge immediately but started to charge when I moved the connection slightly and it started to charge so happy days I thought leaving it on charge on the side.When I came back to it a couple of hours later it was no longer charging! So I took the phone back the some days later when I explained the issues to the original member of staff who took the phone and my contact details and I said this time please call me when the phone is ready for collection.Eventually about 1 week later without any contact form anyone working at the store I returned on a weekend and asked if my phone was ready the original staff member proceeded to explain the phone now needed a new motherboard! I asked how come no one could tell this from the first time they worked on the phone? Surely being experienced in phone repair they should have spotted this in the very beginning and at that point informed me and asked what I wanted to do. To take my money for an a repair that appears to have not been done then when I return the phone report back to me that it now needed more money to fix the original complaint of the charger port kind of breeds distrust.I said that I would have to ask the owner of the phone before I can commit and to keep hold of the phone till I had an answer for him.A week later I returned to collect the phone and asked for a refund because they have a no fix no fee policy Guess what? Apparently that’s not the case!So in summary Don’t waste your time!Very unprofessional service.

Came here to get a phone fixed as screen was broken. Phone was returned with a fixed screen but would no longer register the SIM card and the back of the phone was falling apart, neither of which were issues before giving the phone in to be repaired, and neither of which were mentioned upon collection of the phone.Had to go elsewhere and pay an additional £60 to fix the issues caused by Mobile City. When a refund was demanded (over the phone as the boss was not in) Mobile City refused and refused to listen to anything I had to say, they shouted over the phone, and insinuated that I was lying, despite having receipts as evidence.Do not under any circumstances go here to get your phone fixed.

DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY.Gave him an IPhone for him to replace the screen on it which just had cracks in it but the phone itself worked completely fine, when I got the phone back the touch screen was not working on the same day.After going back to him on 3 separate occasions afterwards he claimed he put a new screen on but the screen was still faulty.On the fourth time of bringing it to him I'd been to the shop down the road got his faulty screen taken off and had one of theirs put on and since then the phone has worked perfectly fine.Despite me proving that he had put a faulty screen on the man refused to give me my money back called me a stupid idiot said my phone had water damage and swore at me several times, only when I threatened to call the police did he give me my money back.There is a phone shop further down the road past headingly taps across from Sainsbury's they sorted my phone out was very honest and told me there was no water damage whatsoever, since taking my phone to them it has worked perfectly.

Dropped my laptop in for repair Tues after the Bank Holiday. My laptop ssd drive had failed while it was resizing the partition as a consequence it was no longer recognised by the bios.I removed the hdd and took it here. Their brief was to install a new hdd and put the os back on minus any license key'Regrettably I had forgotten the laptop charger

Quick, professional and very good priced! Service was Great, after damaging my iPhone XR screen I called up, booked and appointment and had my phone back working like brand new within the hour. Would recommend 100%, a little phone repair gem nestling in Leeds!!
