Ballet without Barres
I did a Ballet without Barres workshop in Portslade on 18 February and enjoyed the four hours immensely. I hadn't done any Ballet since Age 10 and now I am 75. The introduction warm up was fun as was the gradual building up from basic steps to the dance of the little swans from Swan Lake as the finale. The teaching was excellent, the laughter was enjoyable and we had an interesting talk and video about Swan Lake. Would recommend it to anyone!
